Indications
Hydroperit in the form of an aqueous solution is used for rinsing and gargling in cases of stomatitis, tonsillitis, gynecological diseases; for capillary bleeding from superficial wounds, nasal bleeding.

How to use
Hydroperit is used in the form of an aqueous solution. For rinsing the mouth and throat, dissolve 1 tablet in a glass of water (0.25% hydrogen peroxide solution). For irrigation, dissolve 4 tablets in a glass of water (1% hydrogen peroxide solution). One tablet corresponds to 15 ml of a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution. If there is no improvement after treatment, or if symptoms worsen, or new symptoms appear, it is necessary to consult a doctor. Use the product only according to the indications, method of use, and dosages specified in the instructions for use.

Гидроперит применяют в виде водного раствора. Для полоскания полости рта и горла растворяют 1 таблетку в стакане воды (0,25 % раствор перекиси водорода). Для промывания растворяют 4 таблетки в стакане воды (1 % раствор перекиси водорода). Одна таблетка соответствует 15 мл
3 % раствора перекиси водорода. Если после лечения улучшения не наступает или симптомы усугубляются, или появляются новые симптомы, необходимо проконсультироваться с врачом. Применяйте препарат только согласно тем показаниям, тому способу применения и в тех дозах, которые указаны в инструкции по применению.

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
The use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.
The antiseptic action is not sterilizing; it results in a temporary reduction in the number of microorganisms. Occlusive dressings should not be used. It should not be used for irrigating cavities, and contact with the eyes should be avoided.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery
It does not affect the ability to drive vehicles, operate machinery, or engage in other potentially dangerous activities that require increased attention and quick psychomotor responses.

Применение препарата при беременности и в период грудного вскармливания возможно по рекомендации врача.
Антисептическое действие не является стерилизующим, происходит временное уменьшение количества микроорганизмов. Не следует применять окклюзионные повязки. Нельзя использовать для орошения полостей, следует избегать попадания в глаза.

Не оказывает влияние на способность управлять транспортными средствами, работать с механизмами и заниматься другими потенциально опасными видами деятельности, требующими повышенной концентрации внимания и быстроты психомоторных реакций.
Side effects, overdose & interactions
• Burning sensation during wound treatment;
• Allergic reactions;
• Hypertrophy of the papillae of the tongue (with prolonged use for oral rinsing).

Pharmacology
Hydroperite belongs to the group of antiseptic oxidizing agents and is a complex compound of hydrogen peroxide with urea. When hydroperite interacts with enzymes in the body, such as catalase and peroxidase, oxygen is released, exhibiting hemostatic and antimicrobial effects; therefore, after dilution, the preparation can be used instead of a ready-made hydrogen peroxide solution. Its use results in only a temporary reduction in the number of microorganisms, so the preparation is not suitable for use as a sterilization agent.

Гидроперит относится к группе антисептических средств-окислителей и представляет собой комплексное соединение водорода пероксида с мочевиной. При взаимодействии гидроперита с такими ферментами организма, как каталаза и пероксидаза, выделяется кислород, проявляющий гемостатическое и антимикробное действие, поэтому после разведения препарат может применяться вместо готового раствора перекиси водорода. При его применении происходит лишь временное уменьшение количества микроорганизмов, поэтому как средство стерилизации препарат использовать нецелесообразно.
