Indications
For the treatment of moderately and mildly exudative wounds in a moist environment during the granulation and epithelialization phases, to stimulate the formation and growth of granulations and epithelialization, especially for chronic wounds of various origins and any localization, without clinical signs of infection (trophic venous ulcers, diabetic ulcers, pressure sores, and other poorly healing wounds).

Для лечения умеренно и слабо экссудирующих ран во влажной среде на фазах грануляции и эпителизации, для стимуляции образования и роста грануляций и эпителизации, особенно для хронических ран различного генеза и любой локализации, без клинических признаков инфицирования (трофические венозные язвы, диабетические язвы, пролежни и другие, плохо заживающие раны).
How to use
1. Select a dressing according to the size and shape of the wound so that it extends 2 cm beyond the edges of the wound.
2. Open the sterile packaging, remove the dressing, and apply the dressing to the wound so that the beige covering layer remains on top and the dressing securely contacts the wound surface and slightly covers the edges of the wound.
3. No additional fixation is required.
4. The dressing can remain on the wound for several days (up to 3 days). The dressing needs to be changed when exudate has seeped beyond its edges.

1. Подобрать повязку соответственно размеру и форме раны таким образом, чтобы она выступала за края раны на 2 см.
2. Вскрыть стерильную упаковку, достать повязку, наложить повязку на рану так, чтобы бежевый покрывающий слой остался наверху и чтобы повязка надежно контактировала с раневой поверхностью и слегка закрывала края раны.
3. Не нуждаются в дополнительной фиксации.
4. Повязка может оставаться на ране несколько дней (до 3 дней). Смена повязки необходима, когда экссудат выступил за ее края.

Contraindications & warnings
HydroTac comfort should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to any of its components. HydroTac comfort should not be used simultaneously with oxidizers, such as hypochlorite solution or hydrogen peroxide solution, as it may damage the layer of the dressing adjacent to the wound.
Precautions
Each time when treating poorly healing wounds, a medical examination must be conducted to assess the condition of the wound and identify factors that hinder its healing. Healing with HydroTac comfort dressings cannot replace the necessary antibiotic therapy and treatment of the underlying condition. In clinically infected wounds and open injuries of bones and tendons, HydroTac comfort dressings may only be used under medical supervision. In second (2nd) and third-degree burns, HydroTac comfort may be used under medical supervision after necrosectomy or surgical treatment.
HydroTac dressings cannot replace necessary antibiotic therapy and treatment of the underlying condition.
In clinically infected wounds and open injuries of bones and tendons, HydroTac dressings can only be used under medical supervision.
In second-degree (2b) and third-degree burns, HydroTac can be used under medical supervision after necrosectomy or surgical treatment.

HydroTac comfort нельзя применять при гиперчувствительности к одному из компонентов. HydroTac comfort нельзя применять одновременно с окислителями, такими как раствор гипохлорита или раствор перекиси водорода, так как может быть поврежден прилегающий к ране слой повязки.
Меры предосторожности
Каждый раз при лечении плохо заживающих ран необходимо провести медицинское обследование с целью оценки состояния раны и выявления факторов, препятствующих ее заживлению. Заживление с помощью повязок HydroTac comfort не может заменить необходимую терапию антибиотиками и лечение основного заболевания. При клинически инфицированных ранах и открытых повреждениях костей и сухожилий повязки HydroTac comfort можно применять только под наблюдением врача. При ожогах второй (2Ь) и третьей степени HydroTac comfort можно применять под наблюдением врача после проведения некрэктомии или хирургической обработки.
Терапия с помощью повязок ГидроТак не может заменить необходимую терапию антибиотиками и лечение основного заболевания.
При клинически инфицированных ранах и открытых повреждениях костей и сухожилий повязки ГидроТак можно применять только под наблюдением врача.
При ожогах второй (2b) и третьей степени ГидроТак можно применять под наблюдением врача после проведения некрэктомии или хирургической обработки.
ГидроТак нельзя применять одновременно с окислителями такими, как раствор гипохлорита или раствор перекиси водорода, так как может быть поврежден прилипающий к ране слой повязки.
