How to use

Pour 1 teaspoon (1.5 - 2 g) with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, steep for 10 minutes, strain, and adjust the volume of the resulting infusion to 200 ml with boiled water. Adults and children over 14 years old should take 1 cup of the infusion 3 times a day with meals.
The recommended intake meets an adequate level of glucuronic acid consumption by 15%*
