How to use
Take 2-3 teaspoons (10-15 ml) orally, diluted in 100 ml of water, 2 times a day 10-15 minutes before meals.
The treatment course is 5-7 days.
If necessary, the treatment course may be extended to 2-3 weeks after consulting a doctor.
Shake well before use.

Composition
1000 ml of the preparation contains:
Active ingredients: Siberian cedar pine seeds 54.0 g; hawthorn fruits 4.0 g; black chokeberry fruits 2.0 g; birch buds 1.5 g; eleutherococcus roots and rhizomes 1.0 g; hawthorn flowers 0.5 g.
Excipients: natural honey 50.0 g; sucrose 22.7 g; ethyl alcohol 95% 421.0 g; purified water up to 1000 ml.
Brown liquid with a specific odor. Precipitation may occur during storage.

Активные вещества: сосны кедровой сибирской семена 54,0 г, боярышника плоды 4,0 г, аронии черноплодной плоды 2,0 г, березы почки 1,5 г, элеутерококка корневища и корни 1,0 г, боярышника цветки 0.5 г.
Вспомогательные вещества: мед натуральный 50,0 г, сахароза 22,7 г, спирт этиловый 95% 421,0 г, вода очищенная до 1000 мл.
Жидкость коричневого цвета, со специфическим запахом. В процессе хранения допускается выпадение осадка.
Contraindications & warnings
Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug, including honey and beekeeping products; acute cardiovascular and acute renal failure; severe liver diseases; alcoholism; traumatic brain injury; brain diseases; sucrose/isomaltase deficiency; fructose intolerance; glucose-galactose malabsorption; age under 18 years.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
The use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding is contraindicated.
The preparation contains sucrose, which should be taken into account by patients with diabetes mellitus. The maximum single dose of the preparation contains 0.34 g of sucrose (equivalent to 0.3 XE (bread units)), and the daily dose is 0.68 g (equivalent to 0.68 XE).
The preparation contains at least 37% ethanol. The maximum single dose of the preparation contains 5.9 g of absolute ethanol, and the maximum daily dose contains 11.97 g of absolute ethanol.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery
Due to the presence of ethanol in the preparation, it is advisable to refrain from potentially hazardous activities that require increased attention and quick psychomotor reactions (driving vehicles, operating moving machinery, dispatcher work, operator work, etc.).

Повышенная чувствительность к компонентам препарата, в том числе к меду и продуктам пчеловодства, острая сердечно-сосудистая и острая почечная недостаточность, тяжелые заболевания печени, алкоголизм, черепно-мозговая травма, заболевания головного мозга, дефицит сахаразы/изомальтазы, непереносимость фруктозы, глюкозо-галактозная мальабсорбция, возраст до 18 лет.
Применение при беременности и в период грудного вскармливания
Применение препарата при беременности и в период грудного вскармливания противопоказано.
В составе препарата содержится сахароза, что следует учитывать больным сахарным диабетом. Максимальная разовая доза препарата содержит 0,34 г сахарозы (соответствует 0,3 ХЕ (хлебных единиц)), суточная - 0,68 г (соответствует 0,68 ХЕ).
Препарат содержит не менее 37% этилового спирта. Максимальная разовая доза препарата содержит 5,9 г абсолютного этилового спирта, максимальная суточная доза препарата содержит 11,97 г абсолютного этилового спирта.
Влияние на способность управлять транспортными средствами и работать с механизмами
Ввиду наличия в составе препарата спирта этилового следует воздержаться от потенциально опасных видов деятельности, требующих повышенной концентрации внимания и быстроты психомоторных реакций (управление транспортными средствами, работа с движущимися механизмами, работа диспетчера, оператора и т.п.).
Side effects, overdose & interactions
Allergic reactions are possible. If your condition worsens while taking the medication and you notice any side effects not listed in this instruction, consult a doctor.
When the drug is used in doses exceeding the recommended amounts, headaches, nausea, and vomiting may occur. Symptomatic treatment is recommended.
When used simultaneously with nicotinic acid, hypolipidemic agents (cholesterol absorption inhibitors, fibrates), an enhancement of hypolipidemic action may occur.

Возможны аллергические реакции. Если на фоне приема препарата Ваше состояние ухудшилось, и Вы заметили какие-либо побочные эффекты, не указанные в данной инструкции, обратитесь к врачу.
При применении препарата в дозах, превышающих рекомендуемые, возможны головная боль, тошнота, рвота. Лечение симптоматическое.
При одновременном применении с никотиновой кислотой, гиполипидемическими средствами (ингибиторами абсорбции холестерина, фибратами) возможно усиление гиполипидемического действия.
Если Вы принимаете другие лекарственные препараты, перед приемом препарата обязательно проконсультируйтесь с врачом.
