How to use
Take a comfortable position. The body should be positioned vertically; you can sit or stand. To facilitate the insertion of the tampon, you may elevate a bent leg or sit on a bidet or toilet.
Perform the necessary hygiene procedures. During washing, it is not recommended to use drying alkaline products. It is sufficient to rinse the skin with warm clean water.
Unpack the tampon. Remove it from its individual packaging. You should be left with the applicator tube containing the hygiene product inside.
Insert the tampon into the vagina. For this, immerse the entire applicator inside; it is easier to advance the tube with your middle finger. Once it is in place, carefully remove the applicator and straighten the string needed for removing the tampon after use.
It is necessary to change the hygiene product every 4-5 hours. After this interval, use becomes unsafe for the body. In case of heavy discharge, rely solely on the individual saturation of the tampon.

Занять удобное положение. Тело должно располагаться вертикально, можно сидеть или стоять. Для облегчения ввода тампона используется подъем согнутой ноги или положение сидя на биде, унитазе.
Совершить необходимые гигиенические процедуры. В процессе омовения не рекомендуется использовать сушащие кожу щелочные средства. Достаточно просто ополоснуть кожу теплой чистой водой.
Распаковать тампон. Его избавляют от индивидуальной оболочки. В руках должна остаться туба аппликатора со средством гигиены внутри.
Ввести тампон во влагалище. Для этого внутрь погружается весь аппликатор, трубочку удобнее продвигать вперед средним пальцем. Как только он встанет на место, аппликатор аккуратно извлекают, расправляют шнурок, необходимый для извлечения тампона по завершении использования.
Необходимо менять гигиеническое изделие каждые 4-5 часов. Именно через такой промежуток времени использование становится небезопасным для организма. При обильных выделениях ориентироваться только на индивидуальную наполняемость тампона.
