How to use
Always use tampons with the lowest absorbency level necessary for you.
• Wash your hands thoroughly before using a tampon;
• Change tampons every 4-8 hours on average;
• Be careful in choosing tampons, considering their sizes and absorbency levels. For example, mini for light flow, regular for normal flow, and super for heavy flow;
• Check to ensure you have removed the last tampon when your period has ended. Do not use tampons before or after menstruation.
• Never use more than one tampon. For added security, use a panty liner in addition to the tampon.

Toxic Shock Syndrome
Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) is a rare but serious condition that can affect men, women, and children. In some cases, TSS has been associated with tampon use. TSS can be successfully treated if detected early, and most affected individuals fully recover. If the following symptoms occur during menstruation: very high fever (over 39 degrees Celsius), nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, general weakness - you must immediately remove the tampon and seek medical attention.
