Description of MAGNESIUM B6

The importance of magnesium for the human body cannot be underestimated. As an activator of nearly 300 cellular enzymes, magnesium is essential for the normal course of numerous biochemical reactions and physiological processes. In other words, a person cannot be healthy if their diet lacks magnesium salts. The dietary supplement "Magnesium B6" from the company "LEKOLIKE" contains magnesium (magnesium citrate) and vitamin B6 - synergistic substances that complement and enhance each other's effects.

• Magnesium citrate - an organic salt of magnesium and citric acid - promotes better absorption of magnesium into cells and its subsequent utilization, without causing gastrointestinal disturbances when the product is taken at recommended doses.
• Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) actively participates in the regulation of the nervous system's metabolism. Additionally, vitamin B6 improves the absorption of magnesium from the gastrointestinal tract and its penetration into cells. Magnesium regulates the functioning of the nervous system in such a way as to prevent the negative effects of stress and the development of anxiety.
- It inhibits nerve excitation. Magnesium weakens the action of glutamate - the main excitatory neurotransmitter of the nervous system, the abundance of which in cells increases anxiety levels. Furthermore, magnesium helps to cope with motor agitation.

• Improves brain activity. Low magnesium levels underlie hypoxic damage to neurons, leading to their death. Thus, magnesium deficiency reduces the ability to concentrate and memory function.
- Helps to calm down. Magnesium enhances the effect of GABA on nerve cells. GABA, or gamma-aminobutyric acid, is a crucial inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain that reduces the activity of the central nervous system.

Значение магния для организма человека нельзя недооценивать. Являясь активатором почти 300 клеточных ферментов, магний необходим для нормального протекания множества биохимических реакций и физиологических процессов. • Цитрат магния - органическая соль магния и лимонной кислоты - способствует лучшему поступлению магния в клетки и его последующей утилизации, не вызывая кишечных расстройств при приеме препарата в рекомендованных дозах.
• Пиридоксин (витамин В6) активно участвует в процессах регуляции метаболизма нервной системы. Также витамин В6 улучшает всасывание магния из желудочно-кишечного тракта и его проникновение в клетки.
Магний регулирует работу нервной системы так, что препятствует негативному влиянию стресса и развитию тревоги.
