How to use

Massage: Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of any cosmetic oil (jojoba, peach, almond, etc.) or massage cream, apply to the skin, and perform the massage procedure.
Use for: influenza, ARVI, headache, chronic bronchitis, laryngitis, rheumatic pain, arthritis, cellulite, dissolving stones in the gallbladder, kidneys, urinary bladder.
Warm inhalations: inhalations using a Mahold inhaler. Pour 5 ml of warm water (35-40°C) into the inhaler, then add 3-6 drops of essential oil or a mixture of essential oils.
Inhalation through the mouth: Inhale the inhalation mixture through the mouthpiece of the inhaler, exhale through the nose.
Inhalation through the nose: Inhale the inhalation mixture through the nose, exhale through the mouth.
To enhance the therapeutic effect, the bottom of the inhaler can be placed in a container with hot water (60-80°C).
Aromatic bath: Add 4-8 drops of essential oil, previously mixed with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea salt), to a filled bath (37-38°C). Duration of the procedure is 10-30 minutes. After the bath, do not rinse, dry the body with a towel.
Use for: varicose veins, cholelithiasis and urolithiasis, rheumatic pain, arthritis, cellulite.
Aromatherapy lamp: Pour hot water into the cavity of the aromatherapy lamp, add essential oil, place a lit candle inside the lamp, and fragrance the room for 20 minutes (during the first use) to 1 hour. For the first sessions with the aromatherapy lamp, use 2-3 drops of essential oil. The dosage can be increased later, but the scent from the lamp should not be strong and intrusive. The optimal dosage for a room of 16-20 m² is 4-8 drops of essential oil.
Gargles: Add 4-5 drops of essential oil to 1 teaspoon of honey, mix thoroughly, and dissolve the mixture in 200 ml of warm water. Gargle 2-4 times a day.
Use for cough.
Cold compress: Mix 5-6 drops of essential oil in 200 ml of cold water (10-15°C), then immerse a cotton cloth in this water, lightly wring it out, and apply it to the area of the affected organ, forehead, neck, or calf muscles, securing it with a dry cloth. Duration of the procedure is 15-20 minutes.
Use for: headache, elevated temperature.
Ice for the skin: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil and the juice of half a lemon to 5 ml of milk or cream, mix thoroughly. Add the resulting mixture to 200 ml of mineral or distilled water, mix well. Pour into molds and place in the refrigerator to make ice. Rub the skin with the resulting ice in the mornings for 10-60 seconds.
Use for: smoothing the skin, reducing wrinkles, decreasing oiliness of oily skin.
Applications: Add 6-8 drops of essential oil to 15 ml of any cosmetic oil. Soak a piece of cotton in the resulting solution and apply it to the affected area for 10-15 minutes several times a day.
Use for: strengthening nails, reducing pigmentation spots, freckles.

Массаж: 3-5 капель эфирного масла смешайте с 10 мл любого косметического масла (жожоба, персикового, миндального и др.) или массажного крема, нанесите на кожу, проведите процедуру массажа.
Используйте при: гриппе, ОРВИ, головной боли, хроническом бронхите, ларингите, ревматических болях, артрите, целлюлите, для растворения камней в желчном пузыре, почках, мочевом пузыре.
Тёплые ингаляции: ингаляции с помощью ингалятора Махольда. В ингалятор налейте 5 мл теплой воды (35-40°C), затем добавьте 3-6 капель эфирного масла или смеси эфирных масел. Ингаляции через рот

Для усиления лечебного эффекта дно ингалятора можно опустить в ёмкость с горячей водой (60-80°С).
Ароматическая ванна: в наполненную водой ванну (37-38°С) добавьте 4-8 капель эфирного масла, предварительно смешанного с 1 столовой ложкой эмульгатора (молоко, мед, морская соль). Продолжительность процедуры 10-30 мин. После ванны, не ополаскиваясь, вытрите тело полотенцем.
Используйте при: варикозном расширении вен, желчекаменной и мочекаменной болезнях, ревматических болях, артрите, целлюлите.
Аромалампа: в углубление аромалампы налейте горячую воду, добавьте эфирное масло, поставьте зажженную свечу внутрь аромалампы, ароматизируйте помещение от 20 минут (при первом использовании) до 1 часа. Для первых сеансов с аромалампой используйте 2-3 капли эфирного масла. Дозировку в дальнейшем можно увеличить, при этом запах от аромалампы не должен быть сильным и назойливым. Наиболее оптимальная дозировка на комнату 16-20 м2 - 4-8 капель эфирного масла.
Полоскания: к 1 чайной ложке меда добавьте 4-5 капель эфирного масла, тщательно размешайте и растворите смесь в 200 мл теплой воды. Полощите рот 2-4 раза в течение дня.
Используйте при кашле.
Холодный компресс: в 200 мл холодной воды (10 – 15°С) размешайте 5-6 капель эфирного масла, после чегопогрузите в эту воду х/б ткань, слегка отожмите и наложите на область проекции больного органа, лоб, шею, икроножные мышцы, закрепите сухой тканью. Время проведения процедуры – 15-20 мин.
Используйте при: головной боли, повышенной температуре.
Лед для кожи: к 5 мл молока или сливок добавьте3-5 капель эфирного масла и сок половины лимона, все тщательно перемешайте. Полученную смесь добавьте к 200 мл минеральной или дистиллированной воды, тщательно размешайте. Разлейте в формочки и поставьте в холодильник для получения льда. Протирайте кожу полученным льдом по утрам 10-60 секунд.
Используйте для: разглаживания кожи, уменьшения морщин, уменьшения сальности жирной кожи.
Аппликации: к 15 мл любого косметического масла добавьте 6-8 капель эфирного масла. Полученным раствором пропитайте кусочек ваты и прикладывайте к больному месту на 10-15 минут несколько раз в течение дня.
Используйте для: укрепления ногтей, сведения пигментных пятен, веснушек.
