MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)/LETOPHARM - A dietary supplement consists of two components: methylsulfonylmethane and vitamin C in the form of sodium L-ascorbate.
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is one of the most popular dietary supplements used to alleviate symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders: according to scientists, the addition of this substance to the diet reduces joint pain in arthritis, improves skin condition, and accelerates recovery after prolonged and intense workouts.
MSM may also influence the elimination of inflammatory processes and allergy symptoms.
Research shows that vitamin C helps eliminate free radicals responsible for inflammation and thus serves as an auxiliary component in the fight against musculoskeletal pain.
The sodium form of the preparation does not irritate the intestinal mucosa and is more easily absorbed, making it suitable for people with sensitive gastrointestinal tracts.

Метилсульфонилметан (МСМ) является одной из самых популярных пищевых добавок, применяемых для устранения симптомов дисфункций опорно-двигательного аппарата: по заявлению ученых, добавление этого вещества в рацион снижает боль в суставах при артрите, улучшает состояние кожи, ускоряет восстановительный процесс после длительных и интенсивных тренировок.
