Indications
The drug is indicated for use in adults, children over 1 year of age, and adolescents for the treatment of the following conditions:
- purulent wounds (including those infected with mixed microflora) in the first (purulent-necrotic) phase of the wound process.

- гнойные раны (в т.ч. инфицированные смешанной микрофлорой) в первой (гнойно-некротической) фазе раневого процесса.

How to use
For external use. The preparation is used to saturate sterile gauze pads, which are loosely packed into the wound. The preparation may also be introduced into purulent cavities through a catheter (drainage tube) using a syringe. In this case, the ointment is preheated to 35-36 °C. Dressings are performed daily, once a day, until the wound is completely cleared of purulent-necrotic masses. For large wound surfaces, the daily dose of the ointment, calculated based on chloramphenicol, should not exceed 3 g. The duration of treatment depends on the severity and course of the disease. If no improvement occurs after treatment or new symptoms appear, it is necessary to consult a doctor. Use the preparation only according to the method of application and in the doses specified in the instructions. If necessary, please consult a doctor before using the medication.

Наружно. Препаратом пропитывают стерильные марлевые салфетки, которыми рыхло заполняют рану. Возможно введение препарата в гнойные полости через катетер (дренажную трубку) с помощью шприца. В этом случае мазь предварительно подогревают до 35-36 °C. Перевязки производят ежедневно, один раз в день, до полного очищения раны от гнойно-некротических масс. При больших раневых поверхностях суточная доза мази в пересчете на хлорамфеникол не должна превышать 3 г. Длительность лечения зависит от тяжести и течения заболевания. Если после лечения улучшения не наступает или появляются новые симптомы, необходимо проконсультироваться с врачом. Применяйте препарат только согласно тому способу применения и в тех дозах, которые указаны в инструкции. В случае необходимости, пожалуйста, проконсультируйтесь с врачом перед применением лекарственного препарата

Active ingredients: dioxomethyltetrahydropyrimidine - 4.0 g,
chloramphenicol - 0.75 g; excipients: macrogol 400 - 76.2 g,
macrogol 1500 - 19.05 g.
Homogeneous ointment of white or white with a yellowish tint color.

Contraindications & warnings
Hypersensitivity to active substances or any of the excipients; age under 1 year (in newborns, the biotransformation of chloramphenicol occurs more slowly than in adults).
With caution:
Pregnancy; breastfeeding period.
When applied to large areas of skin and during prolonged treatment courses, a clinical blood test must be conducted.

Side effects, overdose & interactions
Allergic reactions (skin rashes). In this case, the use of the medication should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted. If any of the side effects listed in the instructions worsen, or if you notice any other side effects not mentioned in the instructions, inform your doctor.
Unlikely due to low absorption. When applying the ointment to large areas and with prolonged treatment, symptoms from the hematopoietic system may occur – anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, reticulocytopenia, which usually resolve after discontinuation of the medication and initiation of symptomatic therapy.
When used simultaneously with topical forms of erythromycin, clindamycin, lincomycin, and gentamicin, there is a mutual weakening of effect.

Маловероятна в связи с низкой абсорбцией. При нанесении мази на обширные поверхности и длительном лечении возможно появление симптомов со стороны кроветворной системы – анемия, лейкопения, тромбоцитопения, ретикулоцитопения, которые обычно проходят после отмены препарата и назначения симптоматической терапии
При одновременном применении с наружными лекарственными формами эритромицина, клиндамицина, линкомицина и гентамицина взаимное ослабление действия
Pharmacology
Combined preparation for external use, it exhibits anti-inflammatory (dehydrating) and antimicrobial effects. Chloramphenicol disrupts the protein synthesis process in microbial cells and belongs to bacteriostatic antibiotics. It is active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms (staphylococci, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, etc.). It easily penetrates deep into tissues without damaging biological membranes. In the presence of pus and necrotic masses, the antibacterial action is maintained. Dioxomethyltetrahydropyrimidine, by normalizing nucleic acid metabolism, stimulates regeneration processes in wounds, tissue growth and granulation maturation, and epithelialization, and exhibits anti-inflammatory (dehydrating) effects.

Хлорамфеникол нарушает процесс синтеза белка в микробной клетке и относится к антибиотикам бактериостатического действия. Активен в отношении грамположительных и грамотрицательных микроорганизмов (стафилококков, синегнойной и кишечной палочек и др.). Легко проникает в глубь тканей без повреждения биологических мембран. В присутствии гноя и некротических масс антибактериальное действие сохраняется. Диоксометилтетрагидропиримидин, нормализуя нуклеиновый обмен, стимулирует процессы регенерации в ранах, рост и грануляционное созревание ткани, эпителизацию, оказывает противовоспалительное (дегидратирующее) действие
