How to use
Adults: 1 capsule per day after breakfast, taken with a sufficient amount of water (150-200 ml).

Lignarius Plus is a biologically active food supplement that contains a patented formula of lignan extracted from the branches of the European spruce (Picea Abies), which has the highest concentration of the lignan 7-HMR (7-hydroxymatairesinol), positively affecting the overall condition of the female body during the perimenopausal and postmenopausal periods.
Unlike Lignarius, which contains the unique phytoestrogen 7-HMR lignan (7-hydroxy-simatairesinol), it includes the flavolignan silymarin, which enhances the action of 7-HMR lignan and provides protection for the female body against oxidative stress, slows down aging processes, reduces the risk of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases, has active hepatoprotective effects, positively affects the glycemic profile, and helps maintain normal weight. It supports the balance of female hormones, preserving women's beauty and attractiveness from within during menopause.
To reduce vegetative menopausal symptoms during the natural decline of estrogens in menopause, it also possesses the following properties:
