Indications

Indications for use – otorhinolaryngology. The product is intended for the prevention and use in the comprehensive treatment of ENT diseases for children from 1 year and adults, through rinsing and irrigation of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx.

How to use

Directions for use
In complex treatment: rinse the nasal cavity 4 times a day.
Prevention and daily hygiene: rinse the nasal cavity 2-3 times a day.
The duration and frequency of use of the product are not limited.

Method of rinsing and irrigation
For children under 2 years old
Rinsing is performed in a semi-reclining position.
Turn the child's head to the side.
Remove the protective cap from the spray nozzle and insert the nozzle tip of the canister into the upper nasal passage.
Rinse the nasal cavity for several seconds.
Sit the child up and help them blow their nose. Repeat the procedure if necessary.
Perform the procedure with the other nasal passage.

For children over 2 years old and adults
Tilt the head to the side.
Remove the protective cap from the spray nozzle and insert the nozzle tip of the canister into the upper nasal passage.
Rinse the nasal cavity for several seconds.
Blow your nose. Repeat the procedure if necessary.
Perform the procedure with the other nasal passage.

At the end of the procedure, wipe the nozzle tip with a tissue and replace the protective cap.

Указания по применению
При комплексном лечении: промывание полости носа 4 раза в день.
Профилактика и ежедневная гигиена: промывание полости носа 2-3 раза в день.
Длительность и кратность применения препарата не ограничены.

Методика промывания и орошения
Детям до 2-х лет
Промывание производится в положении полулежа.
Повернуть голову ребенка набок.
Снять защитный колпачок с насадки-распылителя и ввести наконечник насадки-распылителя баллона в носовой ход, находящийся сверху.
В течение нескольких секунд промывать носовую полость.
Посадить ребенка и помочь ему высморкаться. При необходимости повторить процедуру.
Провести процедуру с другим носовым проходом.

Для детей старше 2-х лет и взрослых
Наклонить голову набок.
Снять защитный колпачок с насадки-распылителя и ввести наконечник насадки-распылителя баллона в носовой проход, находящийся сверху.
В течение нескольких секунд промыть носовую полость.
Высморкаться. При необходимости повторить процедуру.
Провести процедуру с другим носовым проходом.

По окончании процедуры протереть наконечник распылителя салфеткой и надеть защитный колпачок.

Composition

Isotonic natural sterile seawater containing sodium chloride (NaCl) 9 g/L, with an osmolarity of 200 – 400 mOsm/kg.

Contraindications & warnings

- individual intolerance to the components of the rinsing and irrigation agent;
- complete obstruction of the nasal passages;
- acute otitis media and exacerbation of chronic otitis media.

The Product can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Pharmacology

LinAkva Soft Aerosol is a medical device for rinsing and irrigating the nasal cavity for children and adults, with isotonic concentration.

Contains all active substances and trace elements of seawater:
K and Cu – promote the regeneration of damaged cells of the nasal mucosa.
Ca, Mg, and S – participate in regulating the frequency of ciliary contractions of the respiratory epithelium, thereby removing harmful microorganisms and their decay products from the nasal mucosa. Ca additionally has anti-allergic properties.
Zn and Se – enhance local immune response, providing protection to the cells of the respiratory mucosa from apoptosis.
Cl – participates in regulating pH and cell volume, responsible for trans-epithelial transport of salts and water, and stabilization of membrane potential; in combination with Na, reduces the production and release of IL-8 by the respiratory epithelium, providing an anti-inflammatory effect of the product.
I – helps normalize nasal mucus production and provides the product with antiseptic properties.
Fe – transports oxygen to tissues: is part of hemoglobin and is responsible for respiratory processes at the cellular level.

Properties of the medical device

Thanks to the trace elements included in its composition, the product:

• exhibits anti-inflammatory and moisturizing effects, alleviates irritation;

• thoroughly rinses all sections of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx, actively cleansing them of bacteria, viruses, allergens, crusts, mucus, and dust particles;

• maintains the normal physiological state of the nasal mucosa, enhances local immunity;

• reduces swelling of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx mucosa, promotes restoration of nasal breathing;

• increases the therapeutic effectiveness of medications applied to the nasal mucosa and reduces the duration of respiratory diseases;

• lowers the risk of infection spreading to the paranasal sinuses and ear cavity;

• accelerates the regeneration processes of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx mucosa, reducing the risk of complications after surgeries in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.

Indications for use of the medical device

The LinAkva Soft Aerosol for rinsing and irrigating the nasal cavity can be used in children from 1 year old and adults. Spraying – "soft shower" or "shower".

• for daily hygiene and moisturizing of the nasal cavity;

• for daily use during the epidemic of ARVI and influenza;

• for daily use in adverse environmental conditions, namely living in harsh climates, being in air-conditioned rooms and/or central heating, exposure to polluted air (dust, paint, etc.);

• for daily use as prevention and comprehensive treatment of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity (infectious, allergic, atrophic):

• acute and chronic rhinitis;

• acute and chronic sinusitis;

• acute and chronic adenoiditis;

• allergic and atrophic rhinitis;

• to prepare the nasal mucosa for the application of medications;

• for care of the nasal mucosa and to accelerate regeneration processes after surgeries on the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. The "soft shower" nozzle is equipped with a special limiting ring, which prevents deep penetration and injury to the child's nasal mucosa during use.

Main technical and functional characteristics of the medical device

The LinAkva Soft Aerosol for rinsing and irrigating the nasal cavity for children and adults is available in 50 ml, 100 ml, 125 ml, 150 ml, and 200 ml with one or two nozzles, produced according to TU 9398-001-64260974-2015, in compliance with international and national standards. The product is packaged in pressurized metal cans with an internal antiseptic coating, available in volumes of 50 ml, 100 ml, 125 ml, 150 ml, and 200 ml, complete with one or two nozzles ("soft shower" or "shower") with a protective polypropylene cap. The materials used meet the requirements of GOST R 52770 and the GOST ISO 10993 series standards for biological impact on the patient. The product is biologically safe. The product is sterile and maintains sterility throughout the entire usage period. Sterilization is performed using aseptic production methods according to GOST ISO 13408-2 (sterilizing filtration).

Requirements for the use and operation of the medical device

The product is intended for use in medical and preventive institutions and at home. The product is classified as an individual use item. Performing procedures with this product at home does not require special preparation or skills.

ЛинАква софт аэрозоль - медицинскоео изделие, средство для промывания и орошения полости носа для детей и взрослых «ЛинАква», изотоническая концентрация.

Содержит все активные вещества и микроэлементы морской воды:
K и Cu – способствуют регенерации поврежденных клеток слизистой оболочки носа.
Ca, Mg и S – принимают участие в регуляции частоты сокращений ресничек мерцательного эпителия дыхательных путей, благодаря чему со слизистой оболочки носа удаляются вредоносные микроорганизмы и продукты их распада. Ca дополнительно обладает противоаллергическим действием.
Zn и Se – способствуют повышению местного иммунного ответа, обеспечивают защиту клеток слизистой оболочки дыхательных путей от апоптоза.
Cl – принимает участие в регулировании рН и объема клеток, ответственен за трансэпителиальный перенос солей и воды и стабилизацию мембранного потенциала; в соединении с Na снижает выработку и высвобождение ИЛ-8 респираторным эпителием, обеспечивая противовоспалительный эффект Средства.
I – способствует нормализации выработки назальной слизи и обеспечивает Средству антисептический эффект.
Fe – транспортирует кислород к тканям: входит в состав гемоглобина и отвечает за дыхательные процессы на клеточном уровне.

Свойства медицинского изделия

Благодаря входящим в состав микроэлементам Средство:

• оказывает противовоспалительное и увлажняющее действие, снимает раздражение;

• тщательно промывает все отделы полости носа и носоглотки, активно очищая их от бактерий, вирусов, аллергенов, корок, слизи, частиц пыли;

• поддерживает нормальное физиологическое состояние слизистой оболочки полости носа, повышает местный иммунитет;

• уменьшает отек слизистой оболочки полости носа и носоглотки, способствует восстановлению носового дыхания;

• повышает терапевтическую эффективность лекарственных средств, наносимых на слизистую оболочку полости носа и сокращает продолжительность респираторных заболеваний;

• снижает риск распространения инфекции в околоносовые пазухи и полость уха;

• ускоряет процессы регенерации слизистой оболочки полости носа и носоглотки, снижает риск развития осложнений после операций в полости носа и околоносовых пазухах.

Показания для применения медицинского изделия

Средство для промывания и орошения полости носа для детей и взрослых ЛинАква софт аэрозоль может применяться у детей от 1 года и взрослых. Распыление – «мягкий душ» или «душ».

• для ежедневной гигиены и увлажнения полости носа;

• для ежедневного использования в период эпидемии ОРВИ и гриппа;

• для ежедневного использования в условиях неблагоприятной окружающей среды, а именно проживание в условиях сурового климата, нахождение в помещениях с кондиционированным воздухом и/или центральным отоплением, воздействие загрязненного воздуха (пыли, краски и пр.);

• для ежедневного использования в качестве профилактики и комплексного лечения острых и хронических воспалительных заболеваний полости носа (инфекционных, аллергических, атрофических):

• острые и хронические риниты;

• острые и хронические синуситы;

• острые и хронические аденоидиты;

• аллергические и атрофические риниты;

• для подготовки слизистой носа к применению лекарственных средств;

• для ухода за слизистой носа и ускорения процессов регенерации после операций на полости носа и околоносовых пазухах.
Насадка-распылитель «мягкий душ» снабжена специальным ограничительным кольцом, что исключает глубокое проникновение и травмирование слизистой носа ребенка при использовании.

Основные технические и функциональные характеристики медицинского изделия

Средство для промывания и орошения полости носа для детей и взрослых ЛинАква софт аэрозоль с одной или двумя насадками 50 мл, 100 мл, 125 мл, 150 мл, 200 мл выпускается по ТУ 9398-001-64260974-2015 с соблюдением международных и национальных стандартов.
Средство выпускается в металлических баллонах под давлением с внутренним антисептическим покрытием объемом 50 мл, 100 мл, 125 мл, 150 мл, 200 мл в комплекте с одной или двумя насадками («мягкий душ» или «душ») с защитным полипропиленовым колпачком.
По биологическому воздействию на пациента используемые материалы удовлетворяют требованиям ГОСТ Р 52770 и стандартов серии ГОСТ ISO 10993. Средство биологически безопасно.
Средство стерильно и сохраняет стерильность в течение всего периода использования. Стерилизация осуществляется с применением методов асептического производства по ГОСТ ИСО 13408-2 (стерилизующая фильтрация).
