How to use
For adults, 10 presses on the dispenser (2.5 ml) once a day during meals.
For convenience, the dose can be measured in a spoon or measuring cup, and then diluted in ¼ cup of warm water or juice.
Depending on your taste preferences, the amount of water can be increased or the product can be taken undiluted in liquid.
