How to use
The drug is injected with 1-2 doses into each nasal passage 3 times a day.
The treatment course for acute conditions should not exceed one week. Extension of the treatment course is possible only upon a doctor's recommendation.
Use of the drug in children aged 6 and older is possible by prescription and under the supervision of a doctor.
1. Remove the protective ring.
2. Remove the protective cap.
3. Before using the drug for the first time, squeeze the container several times, as when using a pump, until a light cloud appears.
4. Insert the injection nozzle into the nostril and spray.

Препарат впрыскивают по 1-2 дозы в каждый носовой ход 3 раза в день.
Курс лечения при острых состояниях - не дольше одной недели. Увеличение курса лечения возможно только по рекомендации врача.
Применение препарата у детей от 6-ти лет возможно по назначению и под контролем
врача.
1. Удалить защитное кольцо.
2. Снять защитный колпачок.
3. До того, как пользоваться препаратом в первый раз, сдавить емкость несколько раз, как при пользовании насосом, до появления легкого облачка.

Excipients: benzalkonium chloride solution 0.0200 g; disodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate 0.0628 g, disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate 0.0200 g, purified water 9.1772 g, sodium chloride 0.7200 g.
The content of benzalkonium chloride in the preparation is approximately 0.01%.
Colorless or light yellow transparent or slightly opalescent liquid without odor.

Contraindications & warnings
Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug, including benzalkonium chloride; pediatric age (under 6 years).
Use during pregnancy and lactation
The use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding is only possible after consulting a doctor.
It is recommended to take Luffel tablets and Luffel nasal spray simultaneously, as the nasal spray has a local effect while the tablets have a systemic action.
If the allergen is pollen, it is recommended to start taking Luffel tablets approximately 4 weeks before the onset of pollen and to additionally use Luffel nasal spray upon the appearance of pollen.
The duration of the treatment course is determined by the attending physician.
When using homeopathic medicines, a temporary exacerbation of symptoms (primary worsening) may be observed. In this case, the use of the product should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted.
If there is no therapeutic effect, as well as the appearance of side effects not described in the instructions, a doctor should be consulted.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery
The use of the product does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities that require increased attention and quick psychomotor reactions (driving vehicles, working with moving machinery, dispatcher work, operator work).

Повышенная чувствительность к компонентам препарата, в том числе к бензалкония хлориду; детский возраст (до 6 лет).
Применение при беременности и в период лактации
Применение препарата в период беременности и кормления грудью возможно только после консультации с врачом.
Рекомендуется одновременный прием таблеток Люффель и назального спрея Люффель, поскольку назальный спрей оказывает локальный эффект, а таблетки - системное действие.
Если аллергеном является пыльца, рекомендуется приблизительно за 4 недели до появления пыльцы принимать таблетки Люффель, а с появлением пыльцы - дополнительно применять назальный спрей Люффель.
Продолжительность курса лечения устанавливается лечащим врачом.
При применении гомеопатических лекарственных средств может отмечаться временное обострение симптомов (первичное ухудшение). В этом случае следует прекратить прием препарата и обратиться к врачу.
При отсутствии терапевтического эффекта, а также появлении побочных эффектов, не описанных в инструкции, следует обратиться к врачу.
Влияние на способность управлять транспортными средствами, механизмами
Применение препарата не оказывает влияния на способность к выполнению потенциально опасных видов деятельности, требующих повышенной концентрации внимания и быстроты психомоторных реакций (управление транспортными средствами, работа с движущимися механизмами, работа диспетчера, оператора).
Side effects, overdose & interactions
Allergic reactions may occur; in rare cases, irritation of the nasal mucosa may be observed, accompanied by burning; nasal secretion may be increased, and nasal bleeding may also occur. In very rare cases, bronchospasm may develop in patients predisposed to asthma. In these cases, the use of the medication should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted.

Возможны аллергические реакции, в редких случаях может наблюдаться раздражение слизистой оболочки носа, сопровождающееся жжением, может быть усилена секреция из носа, а также наблюдаться носовое кровотечение. В очень редких случая возможно возникновение бронхоспазма у пациентов с предрасположенностью к астме. В этих случаях следует прекратить применение препарата и обратиться к врачу.
