Magnesium with Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride)
Magnesium is an essential element found in all body tissues. It participates in most metabolic reactions, plays a crucial role in the functioning of the nervous system, regulates the transmission of nerve impulses, and aids in muscle contraction, exhibiting antispasmodic and antiplatelet effects. Magnesium deficiency manifests as neuromuscular disorders (muscle weakness, tremors, spasms, cramps), psychological issues (insomnia, irritability, anxiety), cardiac rhythm disturbances (extrasystole, tachycardia), and gastrointestinal disturbances (pain, diarrhea, spasms, bloating).
Vitamin B6 is involved in many metabolic processes and regulates the metabolism of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 enhances the absorption of magnesium from the gastrointestinal tract and its penetration into cells.
Each 6 tablets contain:
• magnesium 60 mg (15% of the recommended daily intake),
-vitamin B6 1.8 mg (90% of the recommended daily intake).

Магний является жизненно-важным элементом, который находится во всех тканях организма. Участвует в большинстве реакций обмена веществ, играет важную роль в деятельности нервной системы, в регуляции передачи нервных импульсов и в сокращении мышц, оказывает спазмолитическое и антиагрегантное действие.
