"Magnesium + B6" from "Polaris" is a dietary supplement that combines magnesium citrate and vitamin B6. Their combined action enhances the bioavailability of the supplement and helps replenish magnesium and vitamin B6 deficiencies in the body.
Scientists believe that one of the most essential elements for humans is magnesium. This mineral is the fourth most concentrated in the body and the second most concentrated in cells. Magnesium is important for the proper functioning of various systems and participates in over 300 biochemical reactions in the human body.
