How to use
Tear off the protective seal on the package and open it without touching the inside.
Do not blow into the package.
Pour the expressed milk, remove excess air, and seal the package with the zip-lock.
Do not fill the package with more than 200 ml.
Thaw the milk by leaving it overnight in the refrigerator.
Do not use a microwave or heat on the stove.
