Indications

As a symptomatic agent as recommended by a doctor in the treatment of:
-premenstrual syndrome (breast tension, emotional lability, constipation, edema, headache/migraine)
-fibrocystic mastopathy
-menstrual cycle disorders and/or infertility caused by corpus luteum insufficiency

How to use

Method of administration and doses

Take 30 drops twice a day (in the morning and evening), slightly diluting them with water or another liquid. Mastodynon® should be taken for at least 3 months, including during menstruation. Improvement usually occurs after 6 weeks. If complaints resume after stopping the intake, therapy should be continued after consulting with the attending physician. Shake well before use.

Мастодинон® должен приниматься не менее 3 месяцев, в том числе во время менструации. Улучшение обычно наступает через 6 недель. Если после прекращения приёма жалобы возобновляются, то терапию следует продолжить после консультации с лечащим врачом.

100 g of drops contain the following active substances:

• Vitex agnus castus (Agnus castus) D1 20 g

• Caulophyllum thalictroides D4 10 g

• Cyclamen europaeum (Cyclamen) D4 10 g

• Strychnos ignatii (Ignatia) D6 10 g

• Iris versicolor (Iris) D2 20 g

• Lilium lancifolium (Lilium tigrinum) D3 10 g

Auxiliary component: ethanol 47.0 - 53.0 % (by volume)

Description of the dosage form

Transparent, slightly yellowish liquid with a fragrant smell. Slight cloudiness or the formation of a small sediment may occur during storage.

Contraindications

Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug. The drug should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Children under 12 years of age.
Mastodynon drops are not used in the treatment of malignant diseases of the mammary glands.

Special Instructions

If pregnancy occurs during the use of the medication, its use should be discontinued. Due to the content of ethanol (47-53% by volume), this product should not be used after successful anti-alcohol treatment, and in the case of liver diseases, it should only be used after consulting a doctor. The medication in the recommended dosages does not impair the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery. Treatment with homeopathic remedies does not exclude the use of other medications. Slight cloudiness or the formation of a minor sediment during storage may occur. This does not affect the effectiveness of the medication. It is known that harmful habits such as smoking and alcohol consumption negatively impact the effectiveness of homeopathic medicine.

Повышенная чувствительность к компонентам препарата. Препарат не следует применять во время беременности и в период грудного вскармливания.
Детский возраст до 12 лет.
Капли Мастодинон не используют при лечении злокачественных заболеваний молочных желез.

Если во время приема препарата наступит беременность, то прием препарата следует прекратить.
Из-за содержания этанола (47-53 % в объёмном отношении) данное средство не следует применять после успешного антиалкогольного лечения, а в случае заболеваний печени его следует применять только после консультации с врачом.
Препарат в рекомендуемых дозировках не снижает способности управлять транспортом и работать с машинами.
Лечение гомеопатическими препаратами не исключает использование других лекарственных средств.
Возможно легкое помутнение или выпадение незначительного осадка в процессе хранения. Это не влияет на эффективность препарата.
Известно, что при гомеопатическом лечении такие вредные привычки, как курение и употребление алкоголя оказывают отрицательное воздействие на эффективность гомеопатического лекарства.

Possible allergic reactions. In very rare cases, stomach pain, nausea, slight weight gain, itchy rashes, acne, and headaches may occur, as well as, due to the presence of Agnus castus, temporary psychomotor agitation, confusion, and hallucinations. In these cases, it is necessary to discontinue the medication and consult a doctor.

Interaction

The effect of the drug may be weakened when taken simultaneously with dopamine antagonists.

В очень редких случаях возможны боли в желудке, тошнота, небольшое увеличение веса, зудящие экзантемы, угри и головные боли, а также, в связи с содержанием Agnus castus, может возникать временное психомоторное возбуждение, спутанность сознания и галлюцинации. В этих случаях необходимо отменить препарат и обратиться к врачу.

Возможно ослабление действия препарата при одновременном приеме антагонистов дофамина.
