How to use

Recommendations for use:
For adults and children over 3 years old, take 1 capsule once a day with food (preferably in the evening). When administered to children, parents should ensure that the child is able to swallow the capsule.
Duration of intake - at least 10 days; if necessary, the intake can be extended up to 1 month. The intake can be repeated 2-3 times a year.
The capsule should be swallowed whole, with room temperature water. If children are unable to swallow the capsule, it is recommended to use the synbiotic Maxilac Baby in powder form.
SYNBIOTIC MAXILAC® can be taken from the first day of antibiotic therapy and continued for 2-4 weeks after the end of the antibiotic course.
SYNBIOTIC MAXILAC® should be used in the comprehensive correction of the following conditions:
• For the eradication of H. pylori as an adjunct for 7-10 or 14 days depending on the main treatment regimen;
• For gastrointestinal disorders caused by intestinal infections or due to antibiotic use (antibiotic-associated diarrhea), which are accompanied by stool disturbances and abdominal pain for 5-10 days in the initial days and continue intake for up to 4 weeks during the recovery period;
• To reduce the risk of intestinal disorders when changing climate, diet, and eating habits (travel, diets, attending organized groups of children, etc.), start taking SYNBIOTIC MAXILAC® 3-5 days before the upcoming event and continue for 1-2 weeks after (or throughout the trip);
• During seasonal peaks of respiratory infectious diseases to support immunity and reduce the incidence of ARVI, the intake of SYNBIOTIC MAXILAC® may last up to 2 months;
• For manifestations related to food allergies and dermatitis, take for 1 month. If necessary, the duration of intake may be extended as prescribed by a doctor.
The intake of SYNBIOTIC MAXILAC® can be repeated 2-3 times a year or more frequently in consultation with a doctor.

Рекомендации по применению:
Взрослым и детям старше 3-х лет по 1 капсуле 1 раз в день во время еды (предпочтительно вечером). При приеме детьми родители должны убедиться, что ребенок в состоянии проглотить капсулу.
Продолжительность приема - не менее 10 дней, при необходимости прием можно продлить до 1 месяца Прием можно повторять 2-3 раза в год.
Капсулу следует проглатывать целиком, запивая водой комнатной температуры. При невозможности детьми проглотить капсулу рекомендуем использовать синбиотик Максилак Бэби в форме порошка.
СИНБИОТИКА МАКСИЛАК® можно принимать с первого дня прима антибиотиков и продолжать в течение 2-4 недель после окончания курса

Применять СИНБИОТИК МАКСИЛАК® следует в комплексной коррекции следующих состояний:

• Для снижения риска кишечных расстройств при смене климата, рациона и режима питания (путешествие, диеты, посещение детских организованных коллективов и пр.) начать прием СИНБИОТИКА МАКСИЛАК® за 3-5 дней до предстоящего события и продолжать в течение 1-2 недель после (или на протяжении всей поездки)6;
• В период сезонных всплесков респираторных инфекционных заболеваний для поддержки иммунитета и снижения заболеваемости ОРВИ прием СИНБИОТИКА МАКСИЛАК® может составлять до 2 месяцев7.
• При проявлениях, связанных с пищевой аллергией, и дерматитах принимать в течение 1 месяца. При необходимости период приема может быть продлен по назначению врача.
Прием СИНБИОТИКА МАКСИЛАК® можно повторять 2-3 раза в год или чаще по согласованию с врачом.

Pharmacology

MAXILAC - Biologically active food supplement (BAA) - SYNBIOTIC MAXILAC for adults and children from 3 years old - a complex that represents a combination of probiotics and prebiotics, which have a mutually enhancing effect on metabolic processes in the human body.

Probiotics are live microorganisms that have a beneficial effect on the body by normalizing the composition or increasing the activity of the normal intestinal microflora. The lactobacilli and bifidobacteria included in SYNBIOTIC MAXILAC® (probiotic component) suppress the growth of various pathogenic bacteria, restoring the balance of intestinal microflora, improving metabolic processes, strengthening immunity, and increasing the body's resistance to colds and infectious diseases. The effectiveness of probiotics, which include several different strains of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, is achieved through the synergy of their components. Lactic acid, synthesized by lactobacilli, prevents the growth of pathogenic flora and also promotes the absorption of vitamin D, iron, and calcium. Prebiotics are food ingredients that have a beneficial effect on the human body as a result of selective stimulation of the growth and/or increased biological activity of the normal intestinal microflora. Fructooligosaccharides (prebiotic in SYNBIOTIC MAXILAC®) provide probiotic bacteria with energy and nutrients, stimulating their reproduction 1.5-2 times faster. Fructooligosaccharides improve and normalize intestinal function, stimulate peristalsis, serve to prevent constipation and diarrhea, and contribute to the normalization of the functions of the entire gastrointestinal tract.

COMPOSITION OF MAXILAC® (amount in daily dose (1 capsule weighing 325 ±16.3 mg)) Active components (˃ 4.50 x 10⁹ CFU**):

• Bifidobacteria: Bifidobacterium longum Bl-05 (6.75 x 10⁸ CFU), Bifidobacterium breve Bb-03 (4.50 x 10⁸ CFU), Bifidobacterium bifidum Bb-06 (2.25 x 10⁸ CFU). Total 1.35 x 10⁹ CFU. Recommended daily intake (RDI)* 5 x 10⁸ CFU.

• Lactobacilli: Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14 (9.00 x 10⁸ CFU), Lactobacillus rhamnosus Lr-32 (4.50 x 10⁸ CFU (CTB)), Lactobacillus casei Lc-11 (2.25 x 10⁸ CFU), Lactobacillus plantarum Lp-115 (2.25 x 10⁸ CFU). Total 1.80 x 10⁹ CFU. Recommended daily intake (RDI)* 5 x 10⁷ CFU.

• Lactic acid microorganisms: Lactococcus lactis Ll-23 (9.00 x 10⁸ CFU), Streptococcus thermophilus St-21 (4.50 x 10⁸ CFU). Total 1.35 x 10⁹ CFU. Recommended daily intake (RDI)* 10⁷ CFU. The probiotic strains of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria provide additional protection during stress, changes in climate, location, diet, and eating habits, including during travel, dieting, and when attending organized children's groups. The components of SYNBIOTIC MAXILAC® contribute to the restoration and normalization of intestinal microflora in adults and children from 3 years old. The special SFERA protection helps preserve beneficial bacteria in SYNBIOTIC MAXILAC®, so its active components act directly in the area of microflora disturbance.

The intestinal microflora performs many different functions: it participates in digestion, metabolic processes, detoxification of pathogenic bacteria, and maintenance of immunity, as well as the synthesis of several vitamins and other beneficial substances necessary for maintaining the health of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) and the entire body. The health of the microflora is ensured by the balance of microorganisms inhabiting our GIT. Normally, beneficial bacteria make up more than 98% of the microflora and, through their vital activity, suppress the growth of conditionally pathogenic microorganisms. However, in certain situations, some beneficial bacteria die. This disrupts the balance and leads to the appearance of a number of unpleasant symptoms, such as diarrhea, constipation, alternating constipation and diarrhea, flatulence, bloating, etc. Sensitivity to various food products or allergens may increase. The causes of the death of beneficial microorganisms can be infectious diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, improper nutrition, stress related, for example, to changes in geographical conditions, dietary habits, and the intake of certain medications (primarily antibiotics). Description

Maxilac 10 capsules – is a probiotic for maintaining gut health and enhancing immunity. Each capsule contains 4.5 billion live lactic acid bacteria, which can restore intestinal microflora and improve digestion. The product is recommended to be taken after a course of antibiotics, in cases of dysbiosis, allergic reactions, immune disorders, and other conditions associated with disturbances in the gastrointestinal microflora.
