How to use
Preparation for Use
1. Check the cooling elements for refrigerant leaks.
2. Place the necessary set of cooling elements (MHD-1, MHD-3, MHD-4, MHD-5) for medications that should not be frozen or overheated in the freezer (-20±3) °C for 15-24 hours; the set of cooling elements (MHD-2) for medications that are stored and transported under freezing conditions should be placed in the freezer (-35±5) °C for 24-36 hours.
3. Arrange the frozen cooling elements MHD-1, MHD-3, MHD-4, MHD-5 on a flat surface in a room at room temperature (+20±3) °C until all frost disappears and distinct splashes can be heard when shaking the cooling elements. The readiness time for the cooling elements to be placed in thermocontainers with a lower temperature limit of no less than 0 °C and up to +1.5 °C, depending on the initial temperature of the thermocontainers and the placement room, is approximately 30 minutes. To ensure a temperature regime of no less than +2.5 °C, the holding time for the frozen cooling elements is from 40 to 60 minutes or more. The cooling element MHD-2 is not subjected to thawing during use and is placed in the thermocontainer in a frozen state.
4. Wipe the cooling elements MHD-1, MHD-3, MHD-4, MHD-5 with a dry cloth and place them along the side walls of the thermocontainers. The cooling elements MHD-2, after freezing, are wiped with a dry cloth, packed in food-grade polyethylene bags, and placed along the side walls in the thermocontainer.

Подготовка к работе
1. Проверить хладоэлементы на протечку хладагента.
2. Уложить необходимый комплект хладоэлементов (МХД-1, МХД-3, МХД-4, МХД-5) для лекарственных средств, не допускающих замораживания и перегрева в морозильную камеру (-20±3) 0C, на 15-24 часа, а комплект хладоэлементов (МХД-2) для лекарственных средств, хранение и транспортирование которых осуществляется в режиме замораживания, уложить в морозильную камеру (-35±5) 0C, на 24-36 часов.
.3. Замороженные хладоэлементы МХД-1, МХД-3, МХД-4, МХД-5 разложить на ровной поверхности в помещении при комнатой температуре (+20±3)0C до полного исчезновения на них инея и до отчетливого прослушивания всплесков при встряхивании хладоэлементов. Время готовности хладоэлементов для укладки в термоконтейнеры с нижней границей температурного диапазона не ниже 0ОС и до +1,5 0C, в зависимости от начальной температуры термоконтейнеров и в помещении укладки составляет примерно 30 мин. Для обеспечения температурного режима не ниже +2,50C время выдержки замороженных хладоэлементов составляет от 40 до 60 мин. и более. Хладоэлемент МХД-2 при использовании размораживанию не подвергается и укладывается в термоконтейнер в замороженном состоянии.
4. Протереть хладоэлементы МХД-1, МХД-3, МХД-4, МХД-5 сухой ветошью и уложить вдоль боковых стенок термоконтейнеров. Хладоэлементы МХД-2 после замораживания протираются сухой ветошью, упаковываются в пищевые полиэтиленовые пакеты и укладываются вдоль боковых стенок в термоконтейнер.

The medical reusable coolant element MHD-1 is designed to provide optimal temperature conditions in thermocontainers for the temporary storage and transportation of vaccines, serums, thermolabile medications, and immunobiological products.
Coolant elements are used in thermocontainers of the TM "TERMO-KONT MK" series.
The reusable coolant element MHD-1 is applied in healthcare facilities, laboratories, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical companies.
