How to use

Squeeze a small amount of toothpaste onto the toothbrush. A sufficient portion size is about the size of a pea. Gently brush the teeth with soft cleaning motions, then rinse the mouth with water. Do not swallow. It is recommended to brush teeth twice a day for at least 2 minutes.
For children aged 3 years and older.

Выдавить на зубную щетку небольшую порцию пасты. Достаточный размер одной порции - размером с горошину. Мягкими очищающими движениями почистить зубки, прополоскать рот водой. Не глотать. Рекомендуется чистить зубы два раза в день, не менее 2-х минут.
