How to use

For external use, rub into the painful areas of the skin 2-3 times a day. The treatment course lasts depending on the therapeutic effect, but no longer than 3-4 weeks. If necessary, the course can be repeated.

Contraindications & warnings

Increased sensitivity to any of the components of the drug; disruption of the integrity of the skin; inflammatory skin diseases at the site of intended application (including dermatitis, eczema); pregnancy; breastfeeding period; pediatric age.

Do not apply the product to inflamed skin or in cases of skin integrity violation. Do not apply the product to mucous membranes. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse them thoroughly with water. It is recommended to wash hands after using the product.

Повышенная чувствительность к любому из компонентов препарата, нарушение целостности кожных покровов, воспалительные заболевания кожи в месте предполагаемого нанесения (в т. ч. дерматит, экзема), беременность, период грудного вскармливания, детский возраст

Не наносить препарат на воспаленную кожу или при нарушении целостности кожных покровов. Не наносить препарат на слизистые оболочки. Избегать попадания препарата в глаза. При случайном попадании препарата в глаза, следует обильно промыть их водой. После использования препарата рекомендуется вымыть руки.

Side effects, overdose & interactions

Allergic reactions, contact dermatitis. With prolonged use - dizziness, general weakness, decreased blood pressure. In these cases, discontinue use of the medication. If you experience side effects listed in the instructions, or they worsen, or you notice any other side effects not listed in the instructions, inform your doctor.

Pharmacology

Combined preparation for external use. Provides local anesthetic action.
L-menthol, when applied to the skin, causes irritation of nerve endings, dilation of superficial skin vessels, accompanied by an analgesic effect with sensations of cold, mild burning, and tingling. It enhances the anesthetic effect of procaine and benzocaine.
Benzocaine (anesthesin) - a local anesthetic for surface anesthesia. It reduces the permeability of the cell membrane to Na+ ions, displaces Ca2+ ions from receptors located on the inner surface of the membrane, and blocks the conduction of nerve impulses. It prevents the occurrence of pain impulses in the endings of sensory nerves and their conduction along nerve fibers.
Procaine (novocaine) - a local anesthetic with moderate anesthetic activity. As a weak base, it blocks sodium channels, preventing the generation of impulses in the endings of sensory nerves and the conduction of impulses along nerve fibers. It alters the action potential in the membranes of nerve cells without a pronounced effect on the resting potential. It suppresses the conduction of not only pain impulses but also impulses of other modalities.

Комбинированный препарат для наружного применения. Оказывает местноанестезирующее действие.
Левоментол (L-ментол) при нанесении на кожу вызывает раздражение нервных окончаний, расширение поверхностных сосудов кожи, сопровождающееся анальгетическим эффектом с ощущением холода, легкого жжения и покалывания. Усиливает анестезирующее действие прокаина и бензокаина.
Бензокаин (анестезин) - местный анестетик для поверхностной анестезии. Уменьшает проницаемость клеточной мембраны для ионов Na+, вытесняет ионы Ca2+ из рецепторов, расположенных на внутренней поверхности мембраны, блокирует проведение нервных импульсов. Препятствует возникновению болевых импульсов в окончаниях чувствительных нервов и их проведению по нервным волокнам.
Прокаин (новокаин) - местноанестезирующее средство с умеренной анестезирующей активностью. Являясь слабым основанием, блокирует натриевые каналы, препятствует генерации импульсов в окончаниях чувствительных нервов и проведению импульсов по нервным волокнам. Изменяет потенциал действия в мембранах нервных клеток без выраженного влияния на потенциал покоя. Подавляет проведение не только болевых, но и импульсов другой модальности.

Properties
