How to use
Recommendations for use: Pour 1 teaspoon (2.0 g) of crushed herbal raw material or 1 filter bag (2 g) with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, steep for 15 minutes, squeeze the filter bag or strain the infusion. Adults should take 1/2 cup (100 ml) of the infusion 2 times a day with meals. Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
Duration of intake: 2-3 weeks. Repeated intake is possible within a year.

Рекомендации по применению: 1 чайную ложку (2,0 г) измельчённого растительного сырья или 1 фильтр-пакет (по 2 г) залить 1 стаканом (200 мл) кипятка, настоять 15минут, отжать фильтр-пакет или процедить настой. Взрослым принимать по 1/2 стакана (100 мл) настоя 2 раза в день во время еды. Готовый настой хранить в холодильнике не более 2-х суток.

Its application is effective in cases when: the body needs help overcoming alcohol and drug dependence; there is a need to eliminate byproducts associated with the use of potent medications; additional support is required during chemotherapy to restore the body; the body needs recovery after severe liver diseases.
Milk thistle meal is also used in dermatology. It is recommended for allergic skin diseases, dermatoses, vitiligo, alopecia, lichen planus, psoriasis, etc. This remedy helps the body suppress the production of histamines, which are directly related to headaches and allergic manifestations. Its ability to accelerate the formation and excretion of bile helps normalize metabolic and digestive processes. This provides a strong basis for its use in serious conditions such as cholecystitis, cirrhosis, liver damage due to alcohol intoxication, poisonous mushrooms, chemical and medicinal compounds.
