How to use
About 5 g (1 tablespoon) of leaves are placed in an enamel container, poured with 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid, and heated for 15 minutes in a boiling water bath; then cooled for 45 minutes at room temperature, strained, and the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take 1/3 - 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day 15 minutes before meals. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Около 5 г (1 столовая ложка) листьев помещают в эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стаканом) горячей кипяченой воды, накрывают крышкой и нагревают в течение 15 минут на кипящей водяной бане, затем охлаждают 45 минут при комнатной температуре, процеживают, оставшееся сырье отжимают. Объем полученного настоя доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.
Принимают по 1/3 - 1/2 стакана 2-3 раза в день за 15 минут до еды. Перед употреблением настой рекомендуется взбалтывать.
Composition
Peppermint leaves.
A mixture of pieces of leaves, stems, and rarely - flowers and buds. Color ranges from light to dark green or greenish-brown with greenish-purple, grayish-white, yellowish-white, brownish-white, pale purple, and purple speckles.
The smell is strong and aromatic. The taste of the aqueous extract is slightly pungent and cooling.
