Instructions for using the packaging with the measuring cup:
For use of the preparation as a rinse, the amount of preparation needed for one rinse should be measured using the measuring cup included in the set.

Venereology
Adults
Prevention of sexually transmitted diseases: the preparation is effective when used within 2 hours after sexual intercourse.
Introduce the contents of the bottle into the urethra using the urological applicator for 2-3 minutes:
Men: 2-3 ml of the preparation;
Women: introduce 1-2 ml of the preparation into the urethra and 5-10 ml into the vagina (for convenience, the use of the vaginal nozzle is recommended).
Treat the skin of the inner surfaces of the thighs, pubis, and genitals. After the procedure, it is recommended not to urinate for 2 hours.

Urology
Adults
In the complex treatment of urethritis and urethroprostatitis, inject 2-3 ml of the preparation into the urethra 1-2 times a day for a course of 10 days.
Children
The method of application, duration of treatment, and frequency of administration are determined by the physician's prescription.

Obstetrics, Gynecology
Adults
Prevention and treatment of purulent postpartum injuries, perineal and vaginal wounds, postpartum infections: the preparation is used for vaginal irrigations before delivery (5-7 days), during labor (after each vaginal examination). In the postpartum period, the preparation is introduced using tampons soaked in 50 ml of the preparation, with the tampon being exposed for 2 hours over 5 days.
In cases of cesarean section, the vagina is treated immediately before the operation, the uterine cavity and incision during the operation, and in the postoperative period, tampons soaked in the preparation are introduced into the vagina with an exposure of 2 hours for 7 days.
Treatment of inflammatory diseases is conducted over a course of 2 weeks by intravaginal introduction of tampons with the preparation, as well as by the method of drug electrophoresis.
Comprehensive treatment of inflammatory diseases in gynecology (vulvovaginitis): in the form of vaginal irrigations or introduction of a tampon soaked in the preparation, with an exposure of 2 hours for 7-14 days (the duration of treatment and frequency of administration are determined by the physician's prescription).
For convenience of vaginal irrigation, the use of the vaginal nozzle is recommended. Introduce the contents of the bottle into the vagina using the vaginal nozzle and perform irrigation.
Children
The method of application, duration of treatment, and frequency of administration are determined by the physician's prescription.

Dermatology
Adults and children
Treatment and prevention of pyodermas and dermatomycoses, candidiasis of the skin and mucous membranes, mycoses of the feet: the preparation is applied to the affected area of the skin by wiping with sterile gauze tampons, abundantly soaked in the preparation. The preparation is used 3 times a day on the affected areas of the skin.

Surgery, Traumatology, Combustiology
Adults and children
For the treatment and prevention of secondary infection of wounds, the wound surface is irrigated with a solution of the preparation.
Gauze tampons soaked in the solution of the preparation are fixed on the wound surface.
If necessary, tamponade of the wound and/or fistulous tracts may be performed during surgical manipulations.
Active drainage of wounds and/or cavities may be conducted. The daily consumption is up to 1 liter of the preparation.

Otorhinolaryngology
Adults and children
In cases of sinusitis: during puncture, the maxillary sinus is washed with a sufficient amount of the preparation.
In cases of acute and chronic external otitis: instill up to 5 drops of the preparation into the external auditory canal using a pipette 4 times a day or, instead of instillation, gently insert a gauze turunda soaked in the preparation into the external auditory canal 4 times a day. The course of treatment is 10 days.
Tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis:
Children 3-6 years: one press on the spray nozzle or 3-5 ml for one rinse, 3-4 times a day;
Children 7-14 years: two presses on the spray nozzle or 5-7 ml for one rinse, 3-4 times a day;
Children over 14 years and adults: 3-4 presses on the spray nozzle or 10-15 ml for one rinse, 3-4 times a day.
The duration of therapy is from 4 to 10 days depending on the onset of remission.

Dentistry
Adults and children
In cases of stomatitis, gingivitis, periodontitis, it is recommended to rinse the oral cavity with 10-15 ml of the preparation, 3-4 times a day. If rinsing is not possible, local application of gauze or cotton tampons soaked in the solution of the preparation is allowed.
If no improvement occurs after treatment or symptoms worsen, or new symptoms appear, it is necessary to consult a physician.
Use the preparation only according to the method of application and in the doses specified in the instructions.

Профилактика заболеваний, передающихся половым путем: применение препарата эффективно в течение 2 часов после полового акта.
Содержимое флакона с помощью аппликатора урологического ввести в мочеиспускательный канал на 2-3 мин:
Мужчины: 2-3 мл препарата;
Женщины: 1-2 мл препарата ввести в мочеиспускательный канал и 5-10 мл - во влагалище (для удобства рекомендуется использование насадки вагинальной).
Обработать кожу внутренних поверхностей бедер, лобка, половых органов. После процедуры рекомендуется не мочиться в течение 2-х часов.
Урологии
Взрослые
В комплексном лечении уретритов и уретропростатитов проводят впрыскивание в уретру 2-3 мл препарата 1 -2 раза в день, курс - 10 дней.
Дети

Профилактика и лечение нагноений послеродовых травм, ран промежности и влагалища, послеродовых инфекций: препарат применяется в виде влагалищных орошений до родов (5-7 дней), в родах (после каждого влагалищного исследования). В послеродовом периоде препарат вводится с помощью тампонов, смоченных 50 мл препарата, с дальнейшей экспозицией тампона на протяжении 2 ч в течение 5 дней.
При родоразрешении женщин путем кесарева сечения непосредственно перед операцией обрабатывают влагалище, во время операции - полость матки и разрез на ней, а в послеоперационном периоде вводят тампоны, смоченные препаратом, во влагалище с экспозицией 2 ч в течение 7 дней.
Лечение воспалительных заболеваний проводится курсом в течение 2-х недель путем внутривлагалищного введения тампонов с препаратом, а также методом лекарственного электрофореза.
Комплексное лечение воспалительных заболеваний в гинекологии (вульвовагинит): в виде влагалищных орошений или введения тампона, смоченного препаратом, с экспозицией 2 ч в течение 7-14 дней (продолжительность лечения и кратность введения определяются по назначению врача).
Для удобства влагалищного орошения рекомендуется использование насадки вагинальной. Содержимое флакона с помощью насадки вагинальной ввести во влагалище и произвести орошение.

Взрослые и дети
Лечение и профилактика пиодермий и дерматомикозов, кандидозов колеи и слизистых оболочек, микозов стоп: препарат наносят на пораженный участок кожи путем протирания стерильными марлевыми тампонами, обильно смоченными препаратом. Препарат применяется 3 раза в день на пораженных участках кожи.
Хирургия, травматология, комбустиология
Взрослые и дети
С целью лечения и профилактики вторичного инфицирования ран поверхность раны орошают раствором препарата.
Марлевые тампоны, смоченные раствором препарата, фиксируют на поверхности раны.
В случае необходимости возможно тампонирование раны и/или свищевых ходов во время выполнения хирургических манипуляций.
Возможно проведение активного дренирования ран и/или полостей. Суточный расход составляет до 1 л препарата.
Оториноларингология
Взрослые и дети
При гайморитах: во время пункции верхнечелюстная пазуха промывается достаточным количеством препарата.
При остром и хроническом наружном отите: в наружный слуховой проход с помощью пипетки закапывают до 5 капель препарата 4 раза в сутки или, вместо закапывания, в наружный слуховой проход аккуратно вводят марлевую турунду, смоченную препаратом, 4 раза в сутки. Курс лечения - 10 дней.
Тонзиллиты, фарингиты, ларингиты:
Дети 3-6 лет: однократным нажатием на головку насадки-распылителя или 3-5 мл на одно полоскание, 3-4 раза в сутки;
Дети 7-14 лет: двукратным нажатием на головку насадки-распылителя или 5-7 мл на одно полоскание, 3-4 раза в сутки;
Дети старше 14 лет и взрослые: 3-4-х кратным нажатием на головку насадки-распылителя или 10-15 мл на одно полоскание, 3-4 раза в сутки.
Длительность терапии составляет от 4 до 10 дней в зависимости от сроков наступления ремиссии.
Стоматология
Взрослые и дети
При стоматитах, гингивитах, пародонтитах рекомендуется полоскание ротовой полости 10-15 мл препарата, 3-4 раза в сутки. В случае невозможности полоскания допускается местное применение марлевых или ватных тампонов, смоченных раствором препарата.
Если после лечения улучшения не наступает или симптомы усугубляются, или появляются новые симптомы, необходимо проконсультироваться с врачом.
Применяйте препарат только согласно тому способу применения и в тех дозах, которые указаны в инструкции.
