The cuff has a special CONICAL (fan-shaped) design that ensures a snug fit to the shoulder when applied, even when the circumference of the upper part of the arm is larger than that of the lower part.
The shoulder cuff consists of a pneumatic chamber connected to a hose, a sleeve, and a metal clamp.
At the end of the hose, there is a fitting designed to connect the pneumatic chamber of the cuff to the pneumatic system of the sphygmomanometer when the fitting is connected to the socket on the body of the sphygmomanometer.
The metal clamp of the cuff allows for self-fixing the cuff on the arm during measurements.
The cuff is secured during measurements with a textile Velcro fastener.
For proper operation, the cuff is marked with the following signs:
"Artery Ф Mark". When measuring, point Ф in the mark should be located above the point of greatest pulsation of the artery. Meeting this condition ensures the necessary measurement accuracy.
"← INDEX". The arrow of this mark during measurement should be within the zone limited by the arrows of the following mark: "→ Index must be in OK range ←". Meeting this condition means that the size of the cuff corresponds to the circumference of the patient's arm.
Features:
• The cuff has a metal ring for fixing it on the arm, which is very convenient for self-measuring blood pressure.
• The cuff is made of wear-resistant nylon. It is secured with a Velcro fastener.
• The edges of the cuff are rounded and carefully stitched for long-term use.
For automatic blood pressure and pulse measuring devices MT, models MT-32, MT-42, MT-43, the following sizes of cuffs are intended:
• Article MT-XMS: ADULT (standard) cuff for arm circumference 22-36 cm for measuring blood pressure in adults.
• Article MT-AMV: LARGE cuff for arm circumference 32-45 cm for measuring blood pressure in adults.
• Article MT-XMU: UNIVERSAL cuff for arm circumference 22-42 cm for measuring blood pressure in adults.

Манжета имеет специальную КОНУСНУЮ (веерообразную) форму, обеспечивающую при наложении плотное прилегание к плечу, даже когда окружность верхней части плеча больше, чем нижней.
Манжета на плечо состоит из пневмокамеры, соединенной с шлангом, рукава и металлической скобы.
На конце шланга закреплен штуцер, предназначенный для соединения пневмокамеры манжеты с пневматической системой тонометра при подключении штуцера к гнезду на корпусе тонометра
Металлическая скоба манжеты обеспечивает возможность самостоятельного закрепления манжеты на плече при проведении измерений.
Фиксация манжеты при проведении измерений осуществляется текстильной застежкой "Велкро" (липучка).
Для правильной эксплуатации на манжету нанесены следующие знаки:
"Artery Ф Mark". При измерении точка Ф в знаке должна быть расположена над местом наибольшей пульсации артерии. Выполнение этого условия обеспечивает необходимую точность измерения.
"← INDEX" . Стрелка этого знака при измерении должна находиться внутри зоны, ограниченной стрелками следующего знака: "→ Index must be in OK range ←". Выполнение этого условия означает, что размер манжеты соответствует окружности руки пациента.
Особенности:
• Манжета имеет металлическое кольцо для ее фиксации на руке, что очень удобно для самостоятельного измерения артериального давления.
• Манжета выполнена из износоустойчивого нейлона. Фиксируется застежкой «Велкро».
• Края манжеты имеют закругленную форму и тщательно прошиты для длительного использования.
Для приборов для измерения артериального давления и частоты пульса автоматических МТ, моделей МТ-32, МТ42, МТ-43 предназначены манжеты следующих размеров:
• Артикул МТ-XMS: ВЗРОСЛАЯ (стандартная) манжета на окружность плеча 22-36 см для измерения артериального давления у взрослых.
• Артикул МТ-AMV: УВЕЛИЧЕННАЯ манжета на окружность плеча 32-45 см для измерения артериального давления у взрослых.
• Артикул МТ-XMU: УНИВЕРСАЛЬНАЯ манжета на окружность плеча 22-42 см для измерения артериального давления у взрослых.
