How to use
For children over 14 years old and adults, take 1 capsule once a day with food, drinking a small amount of water.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
Lactobacillus acidophilus have antagonistic activity against a wide range of pathogenic and opportunistic bacteria (including staphylococci, proteus, enteropathogenic Escherichia coli), normalize digestive activity in the gastrointestinal tract, improve metabolic processes, and contribute to the restoration of natural immunity.
Lactobacillus casei produce lactic acid, which helps reduce acidity levels in the digestive system and suppresses the growth of opportunistic microorganisms. They improve bowel regularity, maintain stomach acidity levels, prevent the development of diarrhea and inflammatory bowel diseases, reduce allergic manifestations in lactose intolerance, alleviate constipation, and have a modulatory effect on the immune system.
Lactobacillus helveticus produce bacteriocins (antimicrobial agents), ferment milk sugar into lactic acid, positively influence the stabilization of healthy bacterial flora in the intestine, activate the immune system, and have anti-inflammatory effects.
Lactobacillus rhamnosus can modulate immunity by reducing the production of inflammatory cytokines in various eukaryotes, induce the expression of intestinal mucin genes, suppress the adhesion of pathogenic microorganisms, and inhibit the growth of certain yeasts and molds.

Bifidobacterium bifidum are antagonists of a wide range of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms. They prevent the penetration of toxins into the internal environment of the body. In high concentrations, they activate mucosal digestion in the intestine, synthesize vitamins and amino acids, enhance the protective function of the intestine, and boost the body's immune defense.
Bifidobacterium longum are responsible for the production of proteins that increase the adhesion of bifidobacteria to intestinal cells, ensure the biosynthesis of riboflavin, thiamine, and folic acid. They generate and release antimicrobial active proteins, have anti-inflammatory effects, support healthy bacterial flora in the gastrointestinal tract, and positively influence the activation of the immune system.
Bifidobacterium lactis activate the protective mechanisms of the human body and improve the regeneration of the intestinal mucosa. By activating the processes of antibody and immunoglobulin production, they enhance immune function. They prevent the development of allergic reactions, stimulate the enzymatic, antitoxic, and metabolic functions of the large intestine. They normalize digestive processes and intestinal peristalsis. They improve conditions in irritable bowel syndrome. They have anti-inflammatory activity.
Bifidobacterium breve actively ferment carbohydrates, producing acetic and lactic acids, which helps digest plant fibers that are usually considered indigestible. They synthesize vitamins and polysaccharides, suppress the development of pathogenic and opportunistic microflora, and contribute to improved digestive function.
Maltodextrin stimulates the growth of lacto- and bifidobacteria in the intestine.
