Orzaks 5 HTP Complex is a powerful combination of synergistic components for supporting the nervous system.
The main component, tryptophan, is a precursor to serotonin - a neurotransmitter that induces feelings of pleasure and joy, providing an antidepressant effect.
Melatonin is formed from serotonin, and its levels decrease with age, leading to sleep disturbances (difficulty falling asleep, reduced sleep quality, and frequent nighttime awakenings) and a lowered mood, which is also noted in cases of 5-hydroxytryptophan deficiency.

Главный компонент триптофан является предшественником серотонина - нейромедиатора, вызывающего чувство удовольствия и радости, оказывающего антидепрессивное действие.
