How to use
The testing procedure consists of several simple steps:
1. Collect urine in a clean, dry plastic or glass container.
2. Use a timer to ensure you do not exceed the maximum time for interpreting results.
3. For testing, the test strip and urine must be at room temperature (10-30°C).
4. Remove the test strip from the sealed package.
5. Place the test strip in the urine up to the level indicated by the arrows. After 5 seconds, remove the strip and place it on a clean, dry, non-absorbent surface (e.g., the edge of the urine container). Do not allow the urine level to exceed the MAX line (limit line), otherwise the test will be performed incorrectly.
6. Evaluate the result within 10 minutes. Do not assess the result later than 30 minutes.
1. Positive test: when both colored lines are visible and the test line is the same or darker than the control line, ovulation is most likely to occur within the next 24-48 hours. For successful conception, intercourse is preferable during the 24 to 48 hours following the test.
2. Negative test: only one colored line appears in the control zone or the test line is lighter than the control line. This indicates a low level of LH.
3. Invalid test: no colored lines are present or a colored line is visible only in the test zone, with none in the control zone. In this case, the test should be repeated.

Процедура тестирования включает в себя несколько простых шагов:
1. Соберите мочу в чистый сухой пластиковый или стеклянный контейнер.
2. Используйте часы, чтобы не превысить предельное время для интерпретации результатов.
3. Для проведения тестирования тест-полоска и моча должны быть комнатной температуры (10-30°С).
4. Извлеките тест-полоску из запечатанного пакета.
5. Поместите тест-полоску в мочу до уровня, обозначенного стрелками. The ovulation test is especially useful when there are difficulties in conceiving a child.
It is needed to understand if ovulation is occurring, when it happens, and the moment to make every effort for conception.
The test is useful for both women planning a child and those who want to avoid pregnancy.

LH (luteinizing hormone) - a fertility hormone - is present in the urine of every healthy woman. Its levels sharply increase in the middle of the menstrual cycle. The increase in LH triggers ovulation, during which an egg is released, ready for fertilization.
Ovulation is the process of releasing and exiting a mature egg that is ready for fertilization.
Ovulation is likely to occur within 24-48 hours after a positive test.
Before starting the testing, it is necessary to determine the length of your menstrual cycle and identify the corresponding day according to the scheme provided in the instructions.
Perform one testing procedure each day for 5 days or until you detect an LH surge.
If an increase in LH is not detected over three to four menstrual cycles, consult a doctor.
It is advisable to reduce fluid intake approximately 2 hours before collecting urine.
Consuming a large amount of fluid before testing will dilute the hormone in the urine.
The testing principle is based on determining the amount of luteinizing hormone (LH) increase. The sensitivity of the test is 25 mIU/ml LH in urine. Ovulation typically occurs about 24 to 48 hours after the LH hormone level begins to rise. This time frame is the most favorable for conception.
Before starting to use the test, you should determine the length of your usual menstrual cycle. The cycle length is defined as the number of days from the first day of menstruation (this day is counted) to the first day of the next menstruation (this day is not counted). For a more accurate determination of your usual cycle length, it is advisable to take the average of the last three cycles. For example, if the last three cycles were 24, 26, and 28 days, the average would be (24+26+28)/3=26 days. After determining the length of your usual cycle, refer to the table to determine the start day for testing.
On average, 3-5 days of daily testing at the same time is required. Use a new test strip each time.
Stop testing as soon as you detect an increase in LH hormone levels (positive result).

До того, как начать использовать тест, Вы должны определить длину Вашего обычного менструального цикла. Длинна цикла определяется как количество дней от первого дня начала менструации (этот день считается) до первого дня начала следующей менструации (этот день не считается). Для более точного определения длинны Вашего обычного цикла желательно взять среднее значение трех последних циклов. Например, последние три цикла составляли 24, 26 и 28 дней, среднее значение будет (24+26+28)/3=26 дней. После того, как Вы определили длину Вашего обычного цикла, сверьтесь с таблицей для определения дня начала тестирования.
В среднем требуется 3-5 дней ежедневного тестирования в одно и то же время. Каждый раз используйте новую тест-полоску.
Заканчивайте тестироваться, как только Вы обнаружили повышение уровня ЛГ гормона (положительный результат).
