How to use
Recommended use: Pour 1 teaspoon (2.0 g) of crushed raw material with one cup (200 ml) of boiling water, steep for 15-20 minutes, and strain the infusion. Adults should take 1/2 cup (100 ml) of the infusion 2 times in the first half of the day during meals.
Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
Duration of intake: 2-3 weeks.

Рекомендации по применению: 1 чайную ложку (2,0г) измельченного сырья залить одним стаканом (200 мл) кипятка, настоять 15-20 минут, процедить настой. Принимать взрослым по 1/2 стакана (100 мл) настоя 2 раза в первой половине дня во время еды.
Готовый настой хранить в холодильнике не более 2-х суток.
Продолжительность приёма: 2-3 недели.
