Indications

Overwork, neurasthenia, neuroses, asthenic conditions following acute infectious diseases, arterial hypotension (as part of combination therapy); as a tonic and stimulating agent during increased physical and mental exertion.

How to use

Orally, in the first half of the day, 25-40 drops 30 minutes before meals, 2-3 times a day. Treatment course – 3-4 weeks.
Repeat treatment courses are possible after 5-7 days upon doctor's recommendation.

Composition

To prepare 1000 ml of extract, the following are used:
Maral and izubra antlers – 100 g
Acetic acid – 2.4 g
Ethyl alcohol 50% (ethanol) – sufficient quantity to obtain 1000 ml of extract.

A clear or slightly opalescent liquid of yellow or light yellow color with a characteristic odor. Precipitation may occur, which dissolves upon heating in a water bath to a temperature of (45-50)°C. After cooling to room temperature, the preparation remains clear or slightly opalescent.

Для приготовления 1000 мл экстракта используются:
Панты марала и изюбра – 100 г
Кислота уксусная – 2,4 г
Спирт этиловый 50 % (этанол) – достаточное количество до получения 1000 мл экстракта.

Прозрачная или слегка опалесцирующая жидкость желтоватого или светло-желтого цвета с характерным запахом. Допускается выпадение осадка, растворяющегося при нагревании на водяной бане до температуры (45-50)°С. После охлаждения до комнатной температуры препарат остается прозрачным или слегка опалесцирующим

Contraindications & warnings

Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug; arterial hypertension; severe atherosclerosis; organic heart diseases; angina pectoris; increased excitability; sleep disorders; increased blood coagulability; severe forms of nephritis; diarrhea; malignant neoplasms; pregnancy; breastfeeding; age under 18 years.

With caution:
Liver diseases; alcoholism; traumatic brain injury; brain diseases.
If you have any of the listed conditions, consult your doctor before taking the medication.

To avoid sleep disturbances, the medication should not be taken in the second half of the day.
The alcohol content in the medication ranges from 47.5% to 52.5%.
In the maximum single dose of the medication, the content of absolute ethyl alcohol (ethanol) is approximately 0.83 g; in the maximum daily dose – approximately 2.49 g.

Повышенная чувствительность к компонентам препарата, артериальная гипертензия, выраженный атеросклероз, органические заболевания сердца, стенокардия, повышенная возбудимость, расстройства сна, повышенная свертываемость крови, тяжелые формы нефрита, диарея, злокачественные новообразования, беременность, период грудного вскармливания, возраст до 18 лет.

С осторожностью
Заболевания печени, алкоголизм, черепно-мозговая травма, заболевания головного мозга.

Во избежание нарушений сна не следует принимать препарат во второй половине дня.
Содержание спирта в препарате составляет от 47,5 до 52,5 %.

Side effects, overdose & interactions

Allergic reactions may occur; rarely more than 1/10,000 and less than 1/1,000 – tachycardia, sleep disturbances, headache, increased blood pressure.
If any of the side effects listed in the instructions worsen, or if you notice any other side effects not listed in the instructions, inform your doctor.

To date, no cases of overdose have been reported.

Should not be prescribed with anticoagulants, calcium salts, and medications that stimulate intestinal peristalsis.
