Indications
As a biologically active food supplement - an additional source of phytosterols. Non-saponifiable compounds of avocado and soy in cases of joint structure disorders contribute to: reduction of inflammatory processes and pain sensations; regeneration of cartilage tissue structure by activating the production of its own cartilage matrix components: collagen, chondroitin, and hyaluronic acid; prevention of cartilage destruction by blocking the production of destructive components; reinforcement of the cartilage matrix and improvement of motor activity.

UNSAPONIFIABLE COMPOUNDS OF AVOCADO AND SOYBEAN OILS - Dietary supplement for joint health support
Appearance and properties: Biconvex oval tablet with a score on one side, uncoated. The tablets are cream, beige, and brown in various shades with speckles. The taste is specific. The smell is characteristic of the raw materials.
Age: 18+ years
Each tablet of PIASC OSTEO 300 contains:
300 mg of a mixture of unsaponifiable substances (1/3 avocado (100 mg) and 2/3 soybean (200 mg)), standardized for phytosterols.
PIASC OSTEO 300 does not contain animal products and is suitable for vegans.
Discomfort and pain in the joints may result from changes in cartilage and joint tissues. Thinning of the cartilage is a natural process observed with age or due to additional factors (excessive physical load, injuries, excess weight, active sports, and others). Frequently recurring micro-injuries and joint overload lead to the depletion of structural components necessary for maintaining cartilage and joint tissues. These changes result in unpleasant sensations in the joints, limited mobility, and consequently, a decrease in quality of life.
Support from within at the earliest stages of discomfort helps to maintain joint health in the future.
Unsaponifiable compounds of avocado and soy (UCA) are plant extracts obtained from avocado and soybean oils.
They consist of 1/3 avocado substances and 2/3 soy.
This mixture is rich in various biologically active substances - phytosterols, vitamins, minerals, and others.
The main components of UCA are phytosterols - β-sitosterol, campesterol, and stigmasterol. These components determine the primary biological activity - chondroprotective and anabolic properties. Unlike traditionally used chondroprotectors based on glucosamine and chondroitin, unsaponifiable compounds of avocado and soy have a different mechanism of action:
• they influence osteoblasts and collagen synthesis (promote cartilage restoration);
• they block the production of enzymes that break down collagen fibers;
• they affect processes that cause painful sensations.
Active components of unsaponifiable compounds and soybeans help reduce inflammatory processes and painful sensations, slow down the degenerative process in the cartilage of the joints, and restore motor function.
