PLANTAGO FERRUM ACTIVE - A dietary supplement (BAA) is a form of iron that is easily absorbed and has high bioavailability.
Iron supports normal hemoglobin levels and prevents anemia.
It helps improve overall well-being and increase energy levels.
We lose a significant amount of iron through sweat and during rapid metabolism.

The recommended daily intake (1 capsule) contains:
Iron 36 mg 257% of the RDA*
Succinic acid 100 mg 50% of the AI**
Vitamin C 90 mg 150% of the RDA*
Vitamin B12 0.0015 mg 150% of the RDA*
Folic acid 0.2 mg 100% of the RDA*
*percentage of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) established by the Technical Regulation TR TS 022/2011
**percentage of the adequate intake (AI) established by the decision of the Eurasian Economic Commission of the Customs Union dated 07.04.2011 No. 622, in one serving (does not exceed the upper tolerable intake level per day).
