PROPELLER 3 in 1 Mattifying Toner 100ml. Article NP/PR-6743
Appearance: Single-phase liquid with a berry fragrance
Special features: Sulfate-free, paraben-free, non-comedogenic.
The toner formulation is designed for combination and problem skin.
Contains Zinc PCA and Niacinamide, which act in 3 ways: help cleanse and tighten pores, eliminate oily shine, reduce the number of breakouts.
Regular use of the toner prevents pore clogging and the formation of comedones, resulting in skin that is even, smooth, and matte.
Zinc PCA has sebum-regulating properties, inhibits the proliferation of Propionibacterium acnes, preventing the appearance of breakouts.
Niacinamide strengthens the skin barrier, restores even skin tone, and reduces sebum production.
