How to use
1 teaspoon (2.5 g) of crushed plant material or 1 filter bag (2.0 g) or 2 bags (1.5 g) should be poured with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, infused for 10-15 minutes, then strain the infusion or squeeze the filter bag. Adults should take 1/2 cup (100 ml) of the infusion once a day during meals. The prepared infusion should be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
Duration of intake: 1 month. A repeat intake is possible within the year.
It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.

Description
Oak bark from Lekra - Set is a biologically active food supplement containing ground bark of the common oak. It has beneficial properties and is widely used in medicine. The substances contained in the bark have anti-inflammatory, astringent, antiseptic, wound-healing, and hemostatic effects. Oak bark preparations are successfully used externally in the form of rinses for inflammatory and putrefactive processes in the oral cavity, throat, larynx, in cases of periodontitis, stomatitis, gingivitis, and dental abscess; in the form of compresses and washes for eczema, skin cracks, burns, and frostbite; in the form of foot baths for excessive sweating. In gynecology, an oak bark decoction is taken internally for heavy menstrual bleeding, and externally in the form of douching for leukorrhea, ulcerative colpitis, and vulvovaginitis (inflammation of the vulva and vaginal mucosa).

Дуба кора от Лекра - Сэт - это биологически активная добавка к пище, содержащая кору дуба обыкновенного измельченную. Он обладает полезными свойствами и широко используется в медицине. Содержащиеся в коре вещества обладают противовоспалительным, вяжущим, противогнилостным, ранозаживляющим, кровоостанавливающим действием. Препараты коры дуба успешно используют наружно в виде полосканий при воспалительных и гнилостных процессах полости рта, глотки, гортани, при пародонтозе, стоматите, гингивите, флюсе; в виде примочек и обмываний при экземе, трещинах кожи, ожогах, обморожениях; в виде ванночек при потливости ног. В гинекологии отвар коры дуба внутрь принимают при обильных месячных, наружно в виде спринцеваний - при белях, язвенном кольпите, вульвовагините (воспаление вульвы и слизистой влагалища.
