How to use

Pour 1 teaspoon (2 g) with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain. Adults and children over 14 years old should take 1/4 cup (50 ml) of the infusion 2 times a day during meals while warm. Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
