How to use

Pour 1 teaspoon (2.0 g) of crushed herbal raw material or 1 filter bag (1.5-2.0 g) with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, let it steep for 15 minutes, strain the infusion or squeeze the filter bag. Adults should take 1/2 cup (100 ml) 2 times a day with meals. Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
Duration of intake: 10-14 days. If necessary, the intake can be repeated.

Description

Senna (Cassia) - Lekra-Set is a dietary supplement that has a laxative effect. The leaves of senna contain dianthrone glycosides (about 3%) - sennosides A, A1, B-G; a small amount of anthraquinone glycosides, including aloe-emodin and rein 8-glycosides; about 10% mucilage; flavonoids, including derivatives of kaempferol; naphthalene glycosides.

1 teaspoon (2.0 g) of crushed plant material or 1 filter bag (1.5-2.0 g) should be poured with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, infused for 15 minutes, and then the infusion should be strained or the filter bag squeezed.

Adults should take 1/2 cup (100 ml) 2 times a day during meals. The prepared infusion should be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days. Duration of intake: 10-14 days.
