Research has shown that GLA has the ability to reduce irritation caused by eczema.
It is also used as an adjunct in issues related to menstruation, as it helps reduce PMS (premenstrual syndrome) pain and menstrual cramps.
It also aids in alleviating menopausal symptoms.
