SOLGAR SKIN NAILS HAIR.
The basis of the "Skin, Nails, Hair" complex is MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) – a source of organic sulfur, the main component of keratin (the building block of hair and nails), as well as collagen (the foundation of the skin). The balanced composition helps maintain the firmness and elasticity of the skin, protects against the harmful effects of UV rays, and regulates the activity of sebaceous glands, strengthening hair and nails.

Sulfur (MSM) is a building component of keratin (the main building block of hair and nails), as well as collagen (which forms the basis of the dermis). In addition, MSM participates in the synthesis of glutathione - one of the strongest antioxidants. Zinc prevents hair loss, participates in collagen synthesis, regulates the activity of sebaceous glands, helping to combat oily shine and improve skin condition. Copper protects the skin from the harmful effects of UV rays. Vitamin C, amino acids L-lysine and L-proline are involved in collagen formation, providing skin with firmness and elasticity, and helping to slow down age-related changes in the skin.

The recommended intake (2 tablets) contains:

Сбалансированный состав позволяет сохранить упругость и эластичность кожи, защитить от пагубного воздействия УФ-лучей, а также регулировать деятельность сальных желез, укреплять волосы и ногти.

Сера (МСМ) является строительным компонентом кератина (главного строительного элемента волос и ногтей), а также коллагена (составляет основу дермы). Помимо этого, МСМ участвует в синтезе глутатиона - одного из сильнейших антиоксидантов.
Цинк препятствует выпадению волос, участвует в синтезе коллагена, регулирует деятельность сальных желез, помогая справиться с жирным блеском и улучшить состояние кожи. Медь защищает кожу от пагубного воздействия УФ-лучей.
