How to use

Before use, rinse the new toothbrush in warm water with soap.
Teeth should be brushed twice a day: in the morning and in the evening after meals for 2-3 minutes. This regimen helps to remove food residues from between the teeth, prevents the accumulation of soft deposits on the teeth, and further calcification.
Brushing starts with the lateral (chewing) group from right to left on the lower jaw, and then from left to right on the upper jaw, sequentially capturing 2-3 teeth and moving the toothbrush towards the front teeth. To completely remove dental plaque from each surface of the tooth, at least 10 paired movements of the toothbrush should be made.
Cleaning of the outer surfaces is performed with vertical sweeping movements from the edge of the gum to the edge of the tooth, simultaneously massaging the soft tissues, which helps improve blood circulation and strengthens them.
Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the toothbrush. With gentle movements, clean the outer surfaces of the upper teeth, and then the lower teeth, positioning the brush at a 45° angle to the gum and making rotating sweeping movements from the gum to the tooth. With gentle back-and-forth movements, clean the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of each tooth. Gently clean the surface of the tongue - this refreshes breath and removes bacteria.

Чистить зубы необходимо дважды в день: утром и вечером после приема пищи в течение 2-3 минут. Данная схема позволяет устранить остатки пищи из межзубных промежутков, предотвращает оседание мягких отложений на зубах и дальнейшее их обызвествление.
Чистку зубов начинают с боковой (жевательной) группы в направлении справа налево на нижней челюсти, а затем слева направо на верхней челюсти, последовательно захватывая по 2-3 зуба и перемещая зубную щетку в сторону передних зубов. Для полного удаления зубного налета с каждой поверхности зуба необходимо сделать не менее 10 парных движений зубной щеткой.
Очищение наружных поверхностей производят вертикальными выметающими движениями в направлении от края десны к краю зуба, одновременно осуществляя массаж мягких тканей, что способствует улучшению кровообращения и укрепляет их.
Небольшое количество зубной пасты нанести на зубную щетку. Легкими движениями очистите внешние поверхности верхних, а затем и нижних зубов, расположив щётку под углом 45° к десне и совершайте вращательные выметающие движения от десны к зубу. Мягкими движениями вперед-назад очистите наружную, внутреннюю и жевательную поверхности каждого зуба. Мягкими движениями очистите поверхность языка - это освежает дыхание и удаляет бактерии.
