Indications
The Ruptile dressing is indicated for the treatment of various types of exudative wounds, such as abrasions, first and second-degree burns, cut and lacerated wounds, skin graft transplant areas, and trophic ulcers of the lower extremities (in cases of "diabetic foot" syndrome, venous or arterial insufficiency). The Ruptile dressing is also used as a protective layer covering blisters, bubbles, and large areas of damaged skin (for example, in bullous epidermolysis).

Повязка Рупитель показана для лечения различных видов экссудирующих ран, например, ссадин, ожогов первой и второй степени, резаных, рваных ран, области пересадки кожных трансплантатов, трофических язв нижних конечностей (при синдроме «диабетической стопы», венозной или артериальной недостаточности). Повязка Рупитель также применяется в качестве защитного слоя, покрывающего волдыри, пузыри, ранимую кожу больших площадей (например, при буллезном эпидермолизе).
How to use
1. Perform the necessary procedures to clean the wound, thoroughly dry the surrounding skin;
2. Choose the size of the Ruptile dressing so that it completely covers the wound and extends at least 2 cm beyond the edges of the wound;
3. Open the packaging;
4. Put on medical gloves;
5. If necessary, cut the dressing to the required size and shape;
6. Moisten the gloves to prevent the dressing from sticking to them;
7. Remove the lower protective film and apply the Ruptile dressing to the wound;
8. Remove the upper protective film and place a secondary absorbent dressing on top;
9. Secure the secondary dressing. Change the secondary absorbent dressing as it becomes saturated with exudate.

1. Осуществите необходимые манипуляции для очистки раны, тщательно осушите окружающую кожу;
2. Выберите размер повязки Рупитель таким образом, чтобы она покрывала рану полностью и выступала за края раны не менее чем на 2 см;
3. Вскройте упаковку;
4. Наденьте медицинские перчатки;
5. При необходимости обрежьте повязку до нужного размера и формы;
6. Увлажните перчатки, чтобы повязка не прилипала к ним;
7. Снимите нижнюю защитную пленку и наложите повязку Рупитель на рану;
8. Удалите верхнюю защитную пленку и наложите сверху вторичную абсорбирующую повязку;
9. Зафиксируйте вторичную повязку. Смену вторичной абсорбирующей повязки необходимо проводить по мере насыщения экссудатом.

Contraindications & warnings
Individual intolerance to the components of the medical device.
Warnings and Precautions
The Ruptile dressing is sterile and intended for single individual use. Re-sterilization and reuse are prohibited.
Do not use the Ruptile dressing after the expiration date.
When applying the Ruptile dressing to bleeding, exuding wounds, do not cover it with a moist absorbent dressing.
In cases of using the Ruptile dressing for first and second-degree burns with a high risk of rapid granulation, avoid applying pressure to the dressing. The dressing should be changed at least once every two days.
The duration of contact of the Ruptile dressing with the wound should not exceed 14 days. The frequency of dressing changes is determined by the attending physician based on the condition of the wound and surrounding skin.
The secondary absorbent dressing should be changed as it becomes saturated with exudate.
To avoid maceration, exudate must pass freely through the dressing; the pores should not be blocked. If multiple Ruptile dressings are used simultaneously, their edges should not overlap.

Индивидуальная непереносимость компонентов, входящих в состав медицинского изделия.
Предупреждения и меры предосторожности
Повязка Рупитель стерильна и предназначена для однократного индивидуального применения. Повторная стерилизация и повторное использование запрещено.
Не использовать повязку Рупитель после истечения срока годности.
При наложении повязки Рупитель на кровоточащие, экссудирующие раны нельзя закрывать ее увлажненной абсорбирующей повязкой.
В случае применения повязки Рупитель при ожогах первой и второй степени с высоким риском быстрой грануляции следует избегать давления на повязку. Смену повязки необходимо проводить не реже одного раза в два дня.
Продолжительность контакта повязки Рупитель с раной - не более 14 суток. Частоту смены повязки определяет лечащий врач, основываясь на состоянии раны и окружающей кожи.
Смену вторичной впитывающей повязки необходимо проводить по мере насыщения экссудатом.
Во избежание мацерации экссудат должен свободно проходить через повязку, поры не должны быть закупорены. В случае необходимости применения нескольких повязок Рупитель одновременно, их края не должны перекрываться.

Sterile disposable mesh wound dressing with double-sided silicone coating.
Made from a thin transparent synthetic perforated material, with a soft adhesive silicone applied to the surface on both sides, covered with a protective film.
The soft silicone on the inner side of the dressing creates optimal conditions for regeneration and healing of wounds.
This is one of the most atraumatic materials, suitable for sensitive and damaged skin, including children of any age.
The layer of soft silicone on the outer side of the dressing effectively holds the secondary absorbent dressing in place to absorb exudate seeping through the holes in the dressing.
The dressing can be used with additional medicinal products applied on top of the dressing.

Storage
Store the Ruptile bandage in the manufacturer's packaging in a dry, light-protected place at a temperature of +5°C to +40°C according to storage conditions 1 (L) per GOST 15150, with a permissible humidity of no more than 80%.
Freezing is not allowed.
