Indications
As a biologically active food supplement - a source of prebiotics (inulin and oligofructose), it contains calcium lactate as a metabiotic.

How to use
• For children over 14 years old: 1-2 tablets 3 times a day;
• For adults: 1-2 tablets 3 times a day.
Duration of intake: 1.5-2 months. If necessary, the intake can be repeated.
The recommended daily dose (2-3 tablets) contains at least 0.9-1.3 g of polyfructosaccharides, which is 36-52% of the adequate intake level for adults.
Does not contain gluten or lactose, therefore it can be used by individuals with lactose intolerance and celiac disease.
It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.

Pharmacology
Prebiotics are food ingredients that provide a beneficial effect on the human body by selectively stimulating the growth and/or increasing the biological activity of the normal intestinal microflora.
Fermentation of inulin and oligofructose in the large intestine leads to a number of beneficial effects:
• stimulates an increase in the amount of the gut's own microbiota;
• reduces transit time through the gastrointestinal tract;
• contributes to an increase in fecal mass.
The increase in the number of the gut's own bacteria has a positive effect due to the production of components that inhibit potential pathogens, the production of vitamins, and digestive enzymes.
Calcium lactate, being a derivative of lactic acid produced by the gut's own microflora, additionally creates conditions for its protection.
Thus, the dietary supplement STIM Lax is a metaprebiotic, as it contains prebiotics inulin and oligofructose that stimulate the growth of the gut's own microbiota, and the metabolite calcium lactate, which additionally protects it.
Disruption of the composition of the gut's own microbiota can be observed in various conditions: changes in diet, intake of various medications, including antibiotic treatment, diarrhea, constipation, etc. In this regard, STIM Lax is primarily recommended:
• to normalize the qualitative and quantitative composition of the gut's own microbiota in functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract: primarily in cases of constipation, unstable stool, flatulence, etc.;
• during sudden changes in dietary habits (while traveling).

Ферментация инулина и олигофруктозы в толстой кишке приводит к большому количеству благоприятных эффектов:
• стимулирует увеличение количества собственной микробиоты кишки;
• уменьшает время транзита по желудочно-кишечному тракту;
• способствует увеличению массы фекалий.
Увеличение количества собственных кишечных бактерий оказывает положительный эффект за счет выработки компонентов, ингибирующих потенциальные патогены, продукции витаминов и пищеварительных ферментов.
Лактат кальция, являясь производным молочной кислоты, вырабатываемой собственной микрофлорой кишки, дополнительно создает условия для ее защиты.
Таким образом биологически активная добавка СТИМ Лакс является метапребиотиком, так как в составе имеются пребиотики инулин и олигофруктоза, стимулирующие рост собственной микробиоты, и метабиотик лактат кальция, дополнительно ее защищающий.
Нарушение состава собственной микробиоты кишки может наблюдаться при различных состояниях: изменении режима питания, приеме различных лекарственных препаратов, включая лечение антибиотиками, диарее, запорах и т.п. В связи с этим СТИМ Лакс в первую очередь рекомендуется:
