Streptatest Express Test for Diagnosis of Group A Beta-Hemolytic Streptococcus 2 pcs.

In case of inflammation of the mucous membrane and lymphoid tissue of the pharynx.
In case of suspicion of angina, pharyngitis, scarlet fever.

1. Preparation of the reagent (add 4 drops from the red bottle into the extraction tube).
2. Preparation of the reagent (add 4 drops from the yellow bottle into the extraction tube).
3. Sample collection (take a swab from the surface of the tonsils and the back wall of the throat without touching the gums, tongue, or palate).
4. Place the swab with the sample into the tube, rotate 10 times, and leave for 1 minute.
5. Squeeze the cotton part of the swab into the solution.
6. Dip the test strip with the arrows facing down into the solution for 5 minutes, then read the results.

1. 2 packets of aluminum foil with test strips, packet with desiccant.

Precautions
Since extracting reagents A and B pose potential hazards, in case of improper use and/or contact with skin or eyes - immediately rinse the affected area with plenty of water; if reagent A is swallowed - induce vomiting, then drink plenty of fluids; if reagent B is swallowed - rinse the mouth, then drink plenty of fluids.
In all cases mentioned - consult a physician.
Immediately after use, close the containers with reagents A and B, and store them in a place inaccessible to patients.
Do not change the caps of the reagent containers.
Samples may be contaminated with infectious agents. Material that has been in direct contact with the samples is considered contaminated. Follow the instructions while observing safety precautions.
