How to use
Orally.
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 200 ml of water and take it orally once a day. The symptomatic effect occurs within 2-3 weeks after starting the medication. The minimum treatment course is 4-6 weeks; if necessary, the treatment course can be repeated with an interval of 2 months.
The duration and regimen of treatment are determined by the attending physician.

Содержимое одного пакетика растворяют в 200 мл воды, принимают внутрь 1 раз в сутки. Симптоматический эффект наступает через 2-3 недели после применения препарата. Минимальный курс терапии составляет 4-6 недель, при необходимости курс лечения повторяют с интервалом 2 месяца.
Продолжительность и схему лечения назначает лечащий врач.
Composition
Composition per one sachet:
Active ingredient: sodium chloride glucosamine sulfate 1.884 g (calculated as glucosamine sulfate) 1.5 g;
Excipients: citric acid monohydrate, macrogol (polyethylene glycol 4000), aspartame, sorbitol.
White or white with a yellowish tint granulated powder. The presence of loosely agglomerated lumps is permitted.
Description of the prepared aqueous solution: colorless or light yellow opalescent solution.

Действующее вещество: глюкозамина сульфата натрия хлорид 1,884 г (в пересчете на глюкозамина сульфат) 1,5 г;
вспомогательные вещества: лимонной кислоты моногидрат, макрогол (полиэтиленгликоль 4000), аспартам, сорбитол.
белый или белый с желтоватым оттенком гранулированный порошок. Допускается наличие неплотно слежавшихся комочков.
Описание приготовленного водного раствора: бесцветный или светло-желтого цвета опалесцирующий раствор.
Contraindications & warnings
Individual hypersensitivity to glucosamine sulfate, aspartame, and other components of the preparation. Fructose intolerance, severe chronic renal failure. Due to the presence of aspartame, the product is contraindicated in patients with phenylketonuria.
The use of the product is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as in children under 12 years of age due to the lack of scientific clinical data in this category of patients.
With caution:
Bronchial asthma, diabetes mellitus, seafood intolerance (shrimp, mollusks).
When using the medication in patients with impaired glucose tolerance, severe liver and kidney failure, medical supervision is required. The risk of allergic reactions increases in cases of seafood intolerance.

Индивидуальная повышенная чувствительность к глюкозамину сульфату, аспартаму и другим компонентам препарата. Непереносимость фруктозы, тяжелая хроническая почечная недостаточность. Из-за содержания аспартама препарат противопоказан пациентам с фенилкетонурией.
Не рекомендуется назначение препарата в период беременности и грудного вскармливания, а также в детском возрасте (до 12 лет) из-за отсутствия научных клинических данных у этой категории пациентов.
C осторожностью
Бронхиальная астма, сахарный диабет, непереносимость морепродуктов (креветки, моллюски).
При применении препарата у пациентов с нарушенной толерантностью глюкозы, с выраженной печеночной и почечной недостаточностью необходим врачебный контроль. Риск аллергических реакций возрастает при непереносимости морепродуктов.
Влияние на способность управлять транспортными средствами, механизмами
Сведения о влиянии на способность управлять транспортными средствами и механизмами отсутствуют.
Side effects, overdose & interactions
The tolerance of the drug is good; in some cases, the following may occur: gastrointestinal dysfunction (epigastric pain, flatulence, diarrhea, constipation, nausea); skin allergic reactions (urticaria, itching, erythema); nervous system effects - headache, drowsiness.
Cases of overdose are unknown.
Treatment: gastric lavage, symptomatic therapy.
Increases the absorption of tetracyclines; decreases the absorption of semi-synthetic penicillins, chloramphenicol. Enhances the effect of coumarin anticoagulants.
Compatible with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), paracetamol, and glucocorticoids. When used in combination with NSAIDs, it enhances their anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.

Переносимость препарата хорошая, в отдельных случаях возможны: нарушение функции желудочно-кишечного тракта (боль в эпигастрии, метеоризм, диарея, запор, тошнота), кожные аллергические реакции (крапивница, зуд, эритема), со стороны нервной системы -головная боль, сонливость.
Случаи передозировки неизвестны.
Лечение: промывание желудка, симптоматическая терапия.
Увеличивает абсорбцию тетрациклинов, уменьшает - полусинтетических пенициллинов, хлорамфеникола. Усиливает эффект кумариновых антикоагулянтов.
Совместим с нестероидными противовоспалительными средствами (НПВП),
парацетамолом и глюкокортикостероидами. При совместном применении с НПВП усиливает противовоспалительный и обезболивающий эффект последних.
Pharmacology
It has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, replenishes endogenous deficiency of glucosamine, stimulates the synthesis of proteoglycans and hyaluronic acid in synovial fluid; increases the permeability of the joint capsule, restores enzymatic processes in the cells of the synovial membrane and articular cartilage. It promotes the fixation of sulfur in the synthesis of chondroitin sulfate, facilitates normal calcium deposition in bone tissue, inhibits the development of degenerative processes in the joints, restores their function, reducing joint pain.
Absorption in the gastrointestinal tract is 90%; bioavailability is 26%; half-life is 70 hours.

Обладает противовоспалительным и обезболивающим действием, восполняет эндогенный дефицит глюкозамина, стимулирует синтез протеогликанов и гиалуроновой кислоты синовиальной жидкости; увеличивает проницаемость суставной капсулы, восстанавливает ферментативные процессы в клетках синовиальной мембраны и суставного хряща. Способствует фиксации серы в процессе синтеза хондроитинсерной кислоты, облегчает нормальное отложение кальция в костной ткани, тормозит развитие дегенеративных процессов в суставах, восстанавливает их функцию, уменьшая суставные боли.
Всасывание в желудочно-кишечном тракте 90 %, биодоступность 26 %, период полувыведения 70 часов.
