How to use

1. Position the thread above the gap between the teeth. With smooth movements, gently move the thread along the surface of the teeth down to the gum line and back.

Dental floss is a special thread for cleaning interdental spaces from dental plaque.
Using a toothbrush allows for cleaning only three out of five surfaces of a human tooth.
The remaining two surfaces between the teeth require special care, as dental plaque and food particles cannot be removed from interdental spaces with a toothbrush.
Therefore, cavities often begin precisely in these areas.
Today, dental floss is the primary means for cleaning interdental spaces (approximal surfaces) of teeth.
It is advisable to use it after every meal or, at a minimum, during the evening tooth brushing.
