How to use
Tablets should be taken by slowly dissolving in the mouth, half an hour before meals or half an hour after meals.
For children aged 3 to 5 years, it is recommended to dissolve the tablet in a small amount of water (1 tablespoon) for ease of use.
In cases of acute illness, adults and children over 12 years should take 1 tablet every hour (no more than 12 times a day) for 1-2 days until improvement occurs, then take 1-2 tablets 3 times a day until full recovery.
Children aged 6 to 12 years - 1 tablet every 2 hours (no more than 6 times a day) for 1-2 days until improvement occurs, then 1 tablet 3 times a day until full recovery.
Children aged 3 to 6 years - 1 tablet 3 times a day until full recovery.
In chronic tonsillitis, adults and children over 12 years should take 1-2 tablets 3 times a day, children aged 3 to 12 years - 1 tablet 3 times a day. Treatment course is 6-8 weeks.
In chronic tonsillitis, it is recommended to conduct repeated treatment courses (every 6-8 weeks) after consulting a doctor.

Таблетки следует принимать, медленно рассасывая в полости рта, за полчаса до еды или через полчаса после еды.
Детям от 3 до 5 лет рекомендуется для удобства применения растворять таблетку в небольшом количестве воды (1 столовая ложка).
При остром течении заболевания взрослым и детям старше 12 лет принимать по 1 таблетке каждый час (не более 12 раз в день) в течение 1-2 дней до наступления улучшения, далее по 1-2 таблетки 3 раза в день до полного выздоровления.
Детям от 6 до 12 лет - по 1 таблетке каждые 2 часа (не более 6 раз в день) в течение 1-2 дней до наступления улучшения, далее по 1 таблетке 3 раза в день до полного выздоровления.
Детям от 3 до 6 лет - по 1 таблетке 3 раза в день до полного выздоровления.
При хроническом тонзиллите взрослым и детям старше 12 лет препарат следует принимать по 1-2 таблетке 3 раза в день, детям от 3 до 12 лет - по 1 таблетке 3 раза в день. Курс лечения 6-8 недель.
При хроническом тонзиллите рекомендуется проводить повторные курсы лечения (каждые 6-8 недель) после консультации с врачом

Each tablet contains:
active ingredients: Atropinum sulfuricum (atropine sulfate) D5 - 12.50 mg, Hepar sulfuris (Hepar sulfuris calcareum) (hepar sulfuris (hepar sulfuris calcareum)) D3 - 10.0 mg, Kalium bichromicum (potassium bichromate) D4 - 50.0 mg, Acidum silicicum (Silicea) (silicic acid (silicea)) D2 - 5.0 mg, Hydrargyrum biiodatum (Mercurius bijodatus) (mercury bismuth iodide (mercurius bijodatus)) D8 - 25.0 mg
excipients: lactose monohydrate - 122.5 mg, sucrose - 24.0 mg, magnesium stearate - 1.0 mg.
Flat-cylindrical tablets of white or almost white color, with a bevel, odorless or with a characteristic odor. Possible presence of single dark gray specks.

Contraindications & warnings
Increased individual sensitivity to individual components of the drug; increased sensitivity to chromium or mercury, lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, sucrase-isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance.
Children under 3 years of age due to insufficient clinical data.
With caution:
Patients with diabetes mellitus.
In hyperthyroidism.
The use of homeopathic medicines may temporarily exacerbate existing symptoms (primary worsening). In this case, the use of the product should be discontinued and a doctor consulted. The product is used as directed by a physician.
Do not use the product in cases of hyperthyroidism without consulting a doctor.
If there is no improvement in acute conditions within the first two days, the product should be discontinued and a doctor consulted.
Information for patients with diabetes: the carbohydrate content in the maximum daily dose of the product (12 tablets) corresponds to 0.25 bread units (BE).
The product should not be taken with food and beverages.

Повышенная индивидуальная чувствительность к отдельным компонентам препарата; повышенная чувствительность к хрому или ртути, дефицит лактазы, непереносимость лактозы, глюкозо-галактозная мальабсорбция, дефицит сахаразы/изомальтазы, непереносимость фруктозы.
Детский возраст до 3 лет по причине недостаточности соответствующих клинических данных.

При гипертиреозе

Side effects, overdose & interactions
Allergic reactions are possible (including skin rash, itching), as well as individual intolerance reactions. In this case, the use of the medication should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted.
Increased salivation may be observed after use. In this case, the dosage should be reduced or the medication should be discontinued.
If side effects not described in this instruction occur, the use of the medication should be discontinued and the treating physician should be informed.
To date, no cases of overdose have been reported.
