How to use
1. Open the package.
2. With clean, dry hands, gently roll the earplugs into a cylindrical shape.
3. Pull the upper tip of the ear upward, which will straighten the ear canal opening. With the other hand, gently press and insert the earplugs to a comfortable depth in the ear canal to create an airtight seal.
4. Hold the earplugs in place until they expand and take the shape of the ear canal.
5. Remove the earplugs with slow, circular movements.

1. Вскройте упаковку.
2. Чистыми сухими руками аккуратно скатайте беруши, придав им цилиндрическую форму.
3. Оттяните верхний кончик уха вверх, благодаря чему распрямится отверстие слухового канала. Другой рукой, слегка надавливая, вставьте беруши на комфортную глубину слухового канала так, чтобы образовалось воздухонепроницаемое уплотнение.
4. Придерживайте беруши до тех пор, пока они не распрямятся и не примут форму слухового канала.
5. Вынимайте беруши медленными круговыми движениями.

Contraindications & warnings
The use of earplugs is contraindicated in cases of otitis media, inflammation of the ear canal, and in children under 5 years of age. Use only as directed according to the instructions. Improper use of earplugs may injure the ear canal. If discomfort occurs during use, remove the earplugs from the ears immediately. Do not cut or tear the earplugs. Do not swallow. Children under 12 years of age should use earplugs under parental supervision. Do not use earplugs if there are noticeable contaminants or deformities.

Применение берушей противопоказано при отитах, воспалениях ушного канала, детям младше 5 лет. Применять только по назначению согласно инструкции. При неправильном применении беруши могут травмировать слуховой канал. При возникновении дискомфорта во время применения следует незамедлительно вынуть беруши из ушей. Не разрезать и не разрывать беруши. Не глотать. Дети младше 12 лет должны применять беруши под присмотром родителей. Не следует применять беруши при заметных загрязнениях или деформации.
