Indications

The device is intended for use as an individual means of monitoring blood pressure and pulse rate in individuals with a wrist circumference of 13.5 to 21.5 cm.

Method of Use and Doses

PREPARATION FOR MEASUREMENT

1. Remove any watches or bracelets from the wrist where the measurement will be taken, unfasten and slightly roll up the sleeve of your clothing.
2. With your palm facing up, place the device on your wrist with the display facing up at a distance of 1 cm from your hand (as shown in the figure) so that it is on the palm side.
3. Wrap the device's cuff around your wrist and secure it so that there is no free space between the cuff and the wrist. The cuff should fit snugly and comfortably on the arm, but it should not be too tight around the wrist. Clothing should not be caught under the cuff.
Measurement with an improperly secured cuff may yield inaccurate results.
Do not inflate an unsecured or poorly secured cuff on the wrist, as this may lead to its rupture.

CONDUCTING THE MEASUREMENT

1. To start the measurement, press the START button with the other hand.
2. The display will show the symbols M, A (Average) and the Average Pressure value for a few seconds. The number next to the symbol A indicates the number of measurements stored in the device's memory. If there are no measurements in memory, A00 will be displayed.
3. After about 3 seconds, the Average Pressure numbers will disappear, and the symbol 0 will appear on the display. When 0 appears, place the hand on which the measurement will be taken on the opposite shoulder with the palm facing down. Position the other hand to support the elbow of the hand with the device. Keep the wrist of the hand with the device straight, without bending it.
4. The device will begin to pump air into the cuff. Since the measurement is taken during the inflation of the cuff (approximately 30 seconds), please do not move or talk during this time. Do not tense your arm or palm.

MEASUREMENT RESULTS

5. After the measurement is complete, the remaining air in the cuff is automatically released, indicating the end of the measurement. You may lower your hand.

Contraindications
