Each coated tablet contains:
Active ingredients: fungal diastase (1:800) - 20,000 mg, papain (6000 U/mg) - 30,000 mg, simethicone - 50,000 mg, activated charcoal - 75,000 mg, niacinamide - 25,000 mg.
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose - 293,150 mg, lactose monohydrate - 50,000 mg, acacia gum - 15,000 mg, sodium benzoate - 0.100 mg, gelatin - 10,000 mg, colloidal silicon dioxide - 20,000 mg, talc - 15,000 mg, magnesium stearate - 5,000 mg, sodium carmellose - 20,000 mg.
Excipients of the coating: castor oil - 0.00044 ml, shellac - 12,500 mg, calcium carbonate - 3,333 mg, charcoal - 0.833 mg, colloidal silicon dioxide - 0.222 mg, sucrose - 90,555 mg, acacia gum - 6,666 mg, gelatin - 1,666 mg, sodium benzoate - 0.080 mg, talc - 23,333 mg, carnauba wax - 0.075 mg, beeswax - 0.075 mg.
Titanium dioxide coloring (inscription on the tablets).
Black, oval-shaped, coated tablets with the white inscription "UNICHEM" on one side. Color uniformity may vary.

Contraindications & warnings
Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug, acute pancreatitis, exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, children under 3 years of age.

Papain and fungal diastase are digestive enzymes that facilitate the digestion and absorption of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates in the body.
Simethicone has carminative action: it hinders the formation and promotes the breakdown of gas bubbles, easing the expulsion of gas from the intestines, thereby reducing bloating, nausea, as well as pain and discomfort caused by flatulence.
Activated charcoal is an adsorbent. It absorbs gases and toxins that occur during digestive disorders. Niacinamide (vitamin PP) has a regulatory effect on digestive processes.

Description
UNIENZYM® with MPS is a digestive enzyme medication with a complex action. Unlike other enzyme preparations, UNIENZYM® with MPS contains plant-derived enzymes papain and fungal diastase, which facilitate the digestion and absorption of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. Plant-derived enzymes do not reduce the production of the body's own enzymes, thereby supporting normal digestion, starting their action already in the stomach.
UNIENZYM® with MPS contains a number of additional components:
- Simethicone has carminative action: it hinders the formation and promotes the destruction of gas bubbles, facilitating the expulsion of gas from the intestines, thereby reducing bloating, nausea, as well as pain and discomfort caused by gas;
- Activated charcoal is an adsorbent that absorbs gases and toxins formed during digestive disorders;
