Pharmacology
INDOLE PLUS - Dietary supplement (BAA) - A complex based on plant components that support the health of the mammary glands.
Appearance and properties: Solid capsules of orange-brown color containing powder of varying degrees of fineness from light beige to beige-brown.
Daily dose (1 - 2 capsules) contains:
Indole-3-carbinol 100 - 200 mg (±10 %) 200* - 400*% of the adequate daily intake¹
Piperine 4.75 - 9.5 mg (±20 %) -

Disruption of the balance of estrogen metabolites - female sex hormones - can lead to the activation of cellular proliferation, that is, excessive tissue growth and the appearance of unwanted formations (including in the mammary glands).
Therefore, indole-3-carbinol is of particular value for the female body.
This nutraceutical has the property of inhibiting the formation of "bad" (aggressive) estrogen derivatives while simultaneously promoting an increase in "good" ones.
Through this action, control over the division of cells in estrogen-dependent organs, including the mammary glands, is achieved.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
Indole-3-carbinol - a natural bioelement sourced from broccoli extract (Brassica oleracea var. italica). The nutraceutical can block a key molecule in the cellular signaling pathway, thereby suppressing the expression (manifestation of activity) of a specific protein - vascular endothelial growth factor. As a result, the expression of new vascular networks in tissues is reduced.
Indole-3-carbinol exhibits antioxidant effects and supports immune system function, increasing the body's resistance to environmental factors.
Piperine is a bioactive component of black pepper (Piper nigrum L.). The nutrient helps suppress excessive tissue proliferation by activating apoptosis - a regulated process of cell death - through the stimulation of specific enzymes. In addition, piperine prevents the migration (spread) of "bad" cells. This compound is also known as a bioavailability enhancer due to its ability to increase the absorption of many substances used in combination with it.
